Bad quality print
I really like the concept of the brand but the print quality is absolutely bad. I ordered the bee motive and on the website it looked almost photo realistic. The print I got was grainy, looks more comic like and had much less colors than the picture on the website. It's the one thing that a brand has to do, print the logo on it but even H&M can do it better for half the price.

Great designs, worthwhile purchases
The site has some great designs and of course, for a worth while cause. I needed a new jumper/sweatshirt and loved the design of my order. It was quick and easy to order through the site and it didn’t take too long to arrive.
Some might be surprised at the price but the clothing is very good quality, fits perfectly and again, is going towards a great cause.

Poor quality and check straightway as will not replace faulty goods
I pre-ordered Lucky Koi hoodies for Christmas gifts, to which I had to wait for. Only to find that when I gave them, that two had some plastic/ rub like material stuck on the inside of them ( after I gave them out).
I contacted customer support straight away.
They advised me that they were outside their returns window ( I hadn't received them until mid November), which clearly is within their 2 month period.
Clearly the quality and customer care has fallen.
I have always thought the idea of the company, regarding raising awareness ( especially as I too have had issues ), was a great idea.

Like others I bought a hoodie in Nov and gave as a Christmas gift but have been unable to return due to being outside of the returns period. I ordered another one as replacement and it is of poor quality - very thin. Really disappointed with quality, returns policy, lack of flexibility and poor response times. Trying to return second hoodie today and am unable to access the returns portal so have a horrible feeling I am going to be stuck with this one too. The idea is excellent but the execution of is is sadly lacking.
Poor customer service and product sizing
Bought a hoodie for my husband for Christmas, the sizing comes up small. So I requested an exchange to a larger size. Customer care was poor you physically can’t speak to an actual human. Then when you get a response from someone a week later! I was told they won’t offer and exchange as it was just outside their offering for Christmas. So we are now left with a too small over priced jumper that my husband can’t wear.

Bought the koi hoody for my partner for christmas on pre order in their black Friday sales, hoody didn't fit and their exchange policy ment I couldn't exchange it. So now stuck with a hoody that's too small and out of pocket. Won't be using this site again.
