I ordered their premium t shirts and it took 2 weeks to arrive. I was slightly worried in case I got scammed but it’s just the delivery time took a while. They’re not as responsive to customer service enquiries but I guess it’s just a waiting game. Material is high quality and worth it.

Quality is amazing, supporting a great cause as well! Really loved the material and what they represent! I would 100% buy again.

They have no communication what do ever when I have already sent my goods 2 week ago.

Received my order, didnt fit me so contacted for a return. Returned my items, according to the track and trace it arrived 2 weeks ago. But no money back and no reactions on mails en dm’s.

Customer service is extremely bad. Have been waiting for my order for over 3 months. Have tried contacting customer service various times and when I got a response it was clear that the complaint was not properly read. 3 months later I have no order, no refund and no response to my emails or messages through social media.

I have ordered a hoodie on 4th of december 2024 and I was able to receive the order on the desired location before 25th of december because after that, I cannot receive the order in the deliver address anymore. On 17th of december they have sent a email telling me it has been processed, so 13 days taken to see my order. It’s based in Germany and I was in the US, so for international deliveries it’s between 5-7 business days. I sent them a message several times requesting for a refund and they haven’t answered. Last time, they let me know that the order has arrived in 4th of january 2025. 30 days for my order to arrive even though it should’ve taken maximum 20 days. I am still contacting them for a refund but they are ignoring me. I don’t recommend ordering from them at all.

Très très déçu, qualité du t shirt pas top et l’impression est très mal faite (dessin et ecriture floue mauvaise qualité) pour les renvois c'est à vos frais sans compter les frais de douane car à renvoyer en suisse
On vous attire avec le message « don pour la palestine » et le discount soit disant temporaire, vous ne pouvez meme pas mettre d’avis sur leur site

Heb op 7 december besteld en mn shirt is nogsteeds niet binnen. Heb een dm gestuurd via isnta en een mail gestuurd geen reactie gehad. Comment geplaatst onder hun insta post mijn comment werd verwijderd.

Considering I had ordered from the UK, it came very quickly! The design of the hoodie was so cute and printed very nicely. The quality and look of their clothing is extremely good! Will be purchasing again

I bought for 2 weeks ago and they haven’t even send my stuff. They don’t answer mails or any form for contact. They just steal your money. May Allah guide you

From the U.S.! I absolutely loved the shirt. Good quality and beautiful logo and brand. I also like how comfortable the shirt is as well.

Shocking customer service, I bought a hoodie and returned it through recorded delivery (cost me £17), it says on the tracking it has been collected and signed by the business. After emailing them constantly to find out if it had been delivered I had to escalate it with PayPal, they responded on PayPal claiming that they couldn't find the tracking number so I sent the receipt and screenshots of Royal Mail saying it has been delivered, no response. I'm hoping PayPal will resolve this issue but they haven't replied. If you buy something from this company make you are a 1000% sure it is what you want otherwise you're stuck with it. Don't expect any sort of customer service.

Update: They refunded some of the money back, I still have to pay £20 to PayPal while they have taken the money from PayPal and didn't refund the full money back, disgrace of a company, not to say PayPal are much better!!
