This is my first time and I was not sure if they really have the product but they did and the shipping was fast. Thanks for the fast shipping. Will surely buy again.

I placed an order, the charge briefly appeared on my credit card as pending. The pending charge disappeared.
My order was cancelled. No explanation. They told me to contact customer service as to the reason. Out of stock or no longer carry product would have been good enough for an explanation. BUT NO, I have to contact them...CUSTOMER SERVICE??? Will not order from this place again .FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE EVERYTHING!!! t

12/10 experience! I love how many options there are plus I appreciate how the order was packaged and shipped very quickly. Madeline H. hosted a really solid intro session that answered all of my questions, recommended solid snacks, and helped us jump start our boxed journey.

Damaged item/cheaper prices locally. I used to purchase from Boxed all of the time. Their selection has decreased immensely. Their prices are more expensive than the grocery stores and box stores. They do not stand behind their products. I purchased for gift sets. One was damaged. I received a credit for half of the gift set. I have no intention of using that money. I will not shop at Boxed any longer.

Good quality bulk products. None of it near the expiration dates. Kept me informed via automated email every step of the delivery. Will be ordering again!

I order snacks for my after school program every 2 weeks. I love that Boxed has a variety of snacks to choose from! Another thing i love is how fast my order was processed and shipped.

Good and bad. Good is the ease of ordering, shipping was timely. The quality and price of their paper plates is very good and should last me the rest of my life. Bad was the expiration dates on food products. One was just 10 days away (and already stale) another was 4 weeks. That wouldn't be an issue in a party setting where they are all going to be used at once. That doesn't work for me being a single person trying to save money by buying bulk. Selection is limited so I probably won't be ordering again but it's a great thing for certain groups.

Placed an order for 2 items one was delivered in a timely manner...two.weeks layer the second part of the order has not arrived. I have written twice ,both times ive not had a reply. ...not impressed and will not buy again....

I could not find what I was looking for locally, but found it on Boxed. I may have paid slightly more for the product but it was worth it since no one locally had what I was looking for. Delivery was fast and free!!

products good boxes to heavy and to large for senior to lift will buy again in smaller amounts

I just had a little problem trying to delete some items could not figure it out. But overall the site is good and prices are comparable to Costco (without the hassle)

Get what you order in a timely manner and can get some really great affordable deals.

Their computer system duplicated my order. I was charged twice. I had to pay the first time buyer price and the normal price. I will never order from them again.

I used Boxed for my VBS snacks and they filled all of our needs and came so quickly that I had time to do inventory and plan out each day. I would highly recommend Boxed (the emails I received that included a selfie of my shipment and a note from the CEO were so much fun). I'll be using it in the future for both my ministry needs and my family's needs.
