Boxall Brown & Jones Omdömen

I recently tried to let a property with this agent and was not impressed with the customer service from the agent dealing with the property. She was quite dismissive of my enquiry and would not listen to any additional input I had to put forward to the landlord. It's a reoccurring theme with most letting agents now that they do not want to get to know the person behind the application and you are sold on paper. Will not be using them again.

Excellent professional service by Louise and her team.
This was my first time renting and all the way through I was kept well informed and advised of each step

Thank you so much...will definitely recommend your service

Every person I have dealt with at Boxall, Brown and Jones has been extremely professional and so helpful. I was selling my late father's property which made it an emotional experience. They were courteous and sympathetic. From the initial valuation to marketing, viewings and then liaising with my buyer and solicitors they were beyond helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I mainly dealt with Tracey and her communications and actions to chase up outstanding areas was invaluable. I would have really struggled without her.

We have used Boxall Brown and Jones in the past to buy and sell a property and had a great experience and it was no different this time round. From the moment Chris Bird came to value the house, to the end of the process, all of the staff at BBJ's went above and beyond to help.
Special mentions to Angela Delaney who was patient, thorough, understanding and really positive throughout. Moving house is such a stressful process, but Angela was happy to help, listen and advise at every turn.
All in all, if you're deciding who to sell your house with, then look no further. Boxalls are reliable, renowned and reasonably priced.
Would recommend all day long!!

Excellent service throughout the sale of my property from start to finish. Continuously updated in a timely manner by a very professional and patient team. I would definitely recommend.

A wonderful service from people who really seem to care and just don't give up. Kept us informed throughout with weekly updates.

Tracey was amazing

Very professional and streamlined service, all queries and maintenance concerns have been dealt with in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent.

The sale of my property wasn't always plain sailing but Jo and Lauren from the Belper office have been patient and professional throughout the process.
They always explained when I had questions and were really helpful with securing my onward purchase.
Would use again and do recommend to others.

Jo and her staff fought endlessly to find us a buyer with success, we cannot thank her and her staff enough for all their hard work, and I would highly recommend "Boxall Brown and Jones" who were the only Estate Agent to succeed.

Rob Jones and his team at Boxall Brown & Jones deliver a very high quality service for all real estate requirements .
We have used Rob and his team on two occasions in connection with buying a property, great hands on approach and personal touch to all communication .
Punctual , Professional and High standards are descriptors that sum the team up .

Very poor in communication and updates. Very poor handover despite numerous calls and emails. Despite having no requirement for a survey and mortgage the time to complete was terrible. Excuse was solicitor but it was not the case, BBJ took three weeks just to inform the other side of our requirements and it took an ultimatum to make the purchase complete.
On completion we had to visit the office for keys, one set was supplied which appeared strange as this had been an AB&B property, no keys with the management provider!
This was followed up by us with emails but no reply.
I would not use this estate agent to rent or sell my property.

Cameron Godfrey, Apprentice Lettings Negotiator, always worked in a reliable and professional manner with me during my experience with BBJ. Nothing has been too much trouble, and during these recent strange times, Cameron remained positive and friendly throughout.

I cannot recommend Boxhall, Brown and Jones enough. We first bought a house through them eight years ago and we were very impressed. When the decision came to sell, we didn’t hesitate to use them again. Christopher Bird, our initial contact and the surveyor, was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Once the house was on the market, Dawn Barker was our contact and she was fantastic. She responded to queries almost instantaneously, updated us on how the sale was proceeding frequently and, once again, was brutally honest when there were issues. At every point we felt ‘in the loop’. In addition to this, our buyers raved about Dawn’s communication too. In short, we would certainly not hesitate to use Boxhall, Brown and Jones again.

I really cannot thank Claire Taylor from Derby Boxall Brown & Jones enough. She recently showed me around a property in Darley Abbey and her customer service was exceptional. After having a few recent poor experiences with Estate Agents from other companies I really feel the need to commend Claire on her knowledge of the property and exceptional standards. It really does make all the difference when you are viewing a property, especially for the first time. I was greeted by Claire who was already at the property, and had pre-opened all the doors ready for my arrival. Claire was incredibly friendly and I just want to say a huge Thankyou to Claire for providing such an exceptional house viewing experience and she should be praised for her attitude and effort.

Rob Jones valued the house we are purchasing and I thought the service we received from him - and everyone at Boxal Brown & Jones was superb.
Rob called me on the day of the survey to put my mind at ease, and the report was delivered a few days later. The report itself was really detailed and Rob kindly called me afterwards to discuss its content. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend their services.

I have used BBJs services in selling and managing/letting property. The service I have received has always been excellent with a diligent and friendly approach at all times from all involved.
Thank you all!

Chris and the team worked diligently to help me sell my mother in laws shared ownership flat not an easy option and I am pleased to say we achieved great result.

We cannot thank the team at Boxall Brown and Jones enough, they were extremely professional and kept us informed throughout the sale process. In the past we have had poor experience with estate agents but Chris and his team are first class. Thank you.

We were really pleased with the service we received from all the employees at Boxall Brown & Jones, helping to make the process of buying our house as easy as possible even during these crazy COVID times.

Chris Birds and Angela Delaney were our main points of contact throughout the whole process. Very professional advisors, very competent and very friendly.

The company having their own dedicated 'Mortgage Specialists" was a really plus for us as they helped us to get the best deal possible.

We definitely recommend Boxall Brown & Jones for your property finding process. Excellent service all around.

I have used for BBJ for a number of years on the Lettings side as a landlord and to sell houses. Recent experience has been even better with very high service levels. I would certainly recommend them.
