We have used Box2Pack for several years now and the service, systems, process and communication have always been excellent. I spent a while looking for a white box with an aluminum lining inside. The website was rather complicated, but I finally found the product I needed. I ordered 3 box sizes (500, 750, and 1000) along with 2 packs of lids, 600 pieces per pack. The first delivery came in the wrong color, craft, which was my own mistake for not checking carefully before paying.
The customer service team was slow to respond at first, and I understand they were dealing with a difficult situation: they had been in hospital. Once the issue was resolved, they replaced the order at no extra charge, which was a fair and generous solution. I've been a loyal customer for almost a year and I'm happy to keep buying from them.
Communication and ease of placing an order. Much Appreciated
Ordered the kraft rectangular bowls from Box2Pack and had a good experience all round. Quality is solid and the team were quick to respond whenever I needed anything. Delivery arrived sooner than I thought it would. Nothing to fault — will be using them again.
