I would never recommend Bowlers Mart to anyone. I purchased shoes at the Henderson location on 8/28/2021. I was told they would ship to me and arrive on 8/31/2021. I paid cash and received a receipt by email. I never received my package. I never received tracking information either. I have called the Henderson location multiple times but nobody has answered. I left a voicemail and never heard back. I have sent multiple emails and have not received a response. I called the phone number on their website and was told that in store purchases need be dealt by the location I purchased my shoes from. She told me that she would email the Henderson location and have them call me. I never heard back. I tried calling the location one more time and still have not spoken to anyone. I am out money and ready to let the bowling alley at Sunset Station know what kind of shop they have stealing from their customers. I have screen shots of my phone calls and emails sent to Bowlers Mart.

Brookpark Bowlers Mart great experience.
Great selection and prices with free shipping on the website. But if you can actually go to one of the Bowlers Mart pro shops, that is where the experience is really WOW. Went in to the Brookpark store to have 2 new balls drilled and 2 old ones redrilled. Joe was so friendly and helpful. He listened to what I needed and really helped to set my balls up to complement each other. Joe definitely knows his stuff and is there to help and support his customers. Highly recommend.

Casey was super nice and helpful. he went above and beyond to help me get my ball in order and ready for use. he remembered my mom and i both and made sure we felt comfortable in the pro shop even though we are far from pros!!
