I am a frequent shopper at this store and especially this location. Today and every time I enter I am greeted and acknowledged as a customer. There were at least 5 others already in store and everyone seem to be happy and didn’t mind waiting. Casey was helpful with my questions as I was I need of filling a spot in my bowling bag and looking for the correct ball to round out the group. After we decided I went to bowl two games and returned as he was finishing up my purchase. We checked for fit and finished and everything went smoothly. Some additional advice on cleaning and maintenance of my gear and I was all set. Unfortunately I don’t recall the other gentleman’s name sorry for that but he is also helpful and pleasant to deal with so thank you. The store was clean including the glass entry doors and the floors which I believe is important to maintain for appearance as well as safety. Thanks once again for your great work and I will see you again soon !! Highly recommend this location to others, and if you ever have a problem just ask questions in order to work through it without issues. Everyone will leave felling happy !!

I went in to buy a ball. Everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming. The gentleman I was working with listened to me and showed me several options. He definitely made it easy. If you’re looking for new equipment these guys know how to get you what you need.

The best experience i have had at a pro shop for drilling. The staff were super knowledgeable and helpful. Might never go to a different shop for my drilling needs. Their selection we well stocked and at reasonable prices.

I think this is the 4th ball I've bought from BowlersMart and my experience has been A+ every time. They know which ball will best match my previous ball with adjustments for the changes in my game and age. I also have an odd shaped thumb and they are able to fit the ball to me.
