Bowling is my passion

Every weekends I play bowling with my friend and we hang out together and share how do we spend the previous week. It's kinda funny and actually I have never imagined earlier that I would play bowling. Anyway, for a good bowling, you have to acquire a special uniform, like accessories, shoes, sometimes people even by their own balls, but these are professional ones. This service is my savior all the time I require something for bowling and moreover I told my friends about this service, they also order here some things. What can I say... Awesome service, fast delivery and low prices, that's all I guess.

I have requested you to reload my…

I have requested you to reload my return ticket and it will not. i cannot return my shoes without it. my printer was not working and now it is so why will you not reset. i paid via Amazon and also asked them to contact you that i need to return these shoes, they will not work for me.

Great products, price and service

Well. first of all, I bought a pair of bowling shoes and they happened to be on sale.. it was a no-brainer since the price was great, free shipping and the size guarantee.. really fast delivery too.. this will be my go to for all of my bowling needs.. Thanks !!!

Excellent Customer Service

I had one of my favorite balls crack and they replaced it for me with no issues. I highly recommend BowlersMart. Their prices are fair and they stand behind their products! Excellent customer service!

When they say customer excellence team they really mean it. I have had consistently experiences with the employees here when necessary. Furthermore, the products available, loyalty program, backed by this customer service makes Bowlersmart my go to website for my bowling needs.

VERY Impressed with this Company!

VERY fair price for my 14 lb. Storm Ruby Red Tour IQ. Received in no time (4 days). In pristine condition, beautiful ball. First purchase with this company and VERY impressed! Had it drilled privately, bowled with and feels great.

Great customer service

Great customer service, purchased Dexter bowling shoes, ordered my normal size, when I tried on they fit tight. Sent email to customer service and asked about exchange for larger size. Customer service replied within a few minutes by email with a shipping label and instructions to exchange for larger size.

Exchange gone WRONG

I ordered the wrong size shoe and sent it back to exchange for the correct size as this was my first purchase with the company. My experience w support had been good up until I received an email alerting me my package had been delivered. There was no alert in my Ring doorbell but checked anyway as there was picture by the delivery company. No package and upon opening the pic it was the wrong door. Not pleased with the replacement shipping. We need another pair of shoes for another family member and a ball but dont want the hastle of this type of delay if we receive the initial purchase at all.

all they care about is your money terrible customer service

I bought 2 shirts and paid 50 each for a faster production, only adding a collars
I paid 50 each for both shirts for faster shipping trying to have for a tournament, they made the shirts fast and shipped them but after they arrived at the nearest ups Hub, the packaged was returned. i finally got my package 4 days after that realizing that they already have free 2-3day shipping and that I paid 100 extra dollars for nothing, especially since both shirts came to the same address, they showed me they cared nothing about the customer but only cared about the measly 100 dollars. I know its not gonna stop your business but i'm at peace knowing you will never steal another dime from me good luck

I'm just about a month now of waiting…

I'm just about a month now of waiting on some sort of information after my ball has cracked . I have sent in picture after picture order # every piece of information requested and I'm being told it a hammer warranty issue . I have asked for some sort of time frame this normally takes and a phone# to actually speak with someone all I received is a email saying there is no time frame to resolve the matter.

First night used and it’s CRACKED!!!

I just bought a ball and it’s cracked first night,but I can’t return It BECAUSE ITS DRILLED !!!!!!!!!!!!!! This has to be a manufacture defect!!! First night i use it IT CRACKS! I’m super upset
