Very efficient with the lettings process from start to finish. 4 properties arranged to view within 24 hours. Offer accepted same day. Tenancy agreement and all required references completed within a week. Moved in within 2 weeks of viewing the property. I didn't have to chase for anything and the few questions I had were responded to promptly. Check in process and inventory all managed professionally and efficiently with minimum complexities and hassles.

Alice was absolutely fantastic in keeping updated throughout the process, had good knowledge of the property, and very quick in getting paperwork together.
She was such a pleasure to deal with!

I wish to express my satisfaction with the service we received from Bournes during the recent purchase of our property in Four Marks. Although it was a lengthy process, which was not due to any fault of Bournes, we have now successfully moved into our new home.
