Boullies Travel Omdömen

Jason was very helpful right from the beginning. We were unsure of where we wanted to go (we were looking for a wedding elopement destination/honeymoon) and he went through lots of options, and produced lots of quotes. Once we had made a decision on destination Jason put up with us throwing different hotel options in to the mix and was very patient, and had lots of knowledge of the hotels and what would best suit our needs. Once the hotel and flights were booked Jason helped us coordinate all our wedding details, all the legal requirements (he also sent us reminders when we needed to do these) and organised a golf day for my husband, including hire of golf clubs, transport and booking. Jason also communicated with the airline about carrying my wedding dress on board. We were suprised on the plane by champagne and chocolates all arranged by Jason. He checked in whilst away to make sure everything was going smoothly and did a post holiday call to ensure we were satisfied with everything. Jason was so easy to contact via WhatsApp and would always arrange a video call to discuss any details to put us at ease. Can’t recommend enough! We will be arranging our next trip to Mauritius through him and also any other trips.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The whole experience of using Boullies Travel was absolutely brilliant. From the very beginning Jason made everything so easy and enjoyable — he’s professional, understanding, and genuinely supportive throughout. It felt personal and tailored to us, which made such a difference. We’re so glad we chose this agency, and we honestly can’t recommend Jason and Boullies Travel highly enough!

I have booked about 6 holidays with Jason and his attention to detail is very good.
Being of the older generation I like to make sure very thing is in place and i don't have to stress about my travel planes. He has made my holidays run smoothly. Roll on the next one.

Absolutely fantastic. This was the second holiday I’ve booked with Jason in 2025. I was probably the most troublesome of clients for the first one as I changed all plans at the very last moment and Jason managed to rearrange everything without me losing any money. The second holiday, to Kos, was amazing. I gave Jason a very sketchy brief of: Budget and in Europe…..somehow he managed to find the perfect location for the family. Landed yesterday, back onto him today to book the next one *****

Was realy helpful and looked after me as I traveled. Has great deals and advice.

Jason is fabulous. Very attentive. Every detail is taken care of and when the holiday sadly has to be cancelled due to health reasons he took care of everything taking the pressure off me. Thank you Jason. Would always use you now.

So far, so good!
We reached out to Boullies Travel with our honeymoon requirements for Barbados. We were quite particular about what we wanted and had already done a lot of research through the major travel companies. We decided to try an independent agent to see what they could offer and we’re glad we did.

Jason, the owner, got back to us quickly with a great deal that included some added extras. He’s stayed in regular contact via WhatsApp to make sure everything is going smoothly.

We can’t fault the service and are really looking forward to our honeymoon in March.

Excellent service & support throughout. Jason handled everything. He made sure we were happy with the arrangements before, during and after our trip. I would highly recommend Jason and fully intend using his services again.

We've booked 5 holidays with Jason now and I can't see us booking another one without him. He handles everything from airport parking, checking in to arranging late check out with th
Jason's has so much knowledge about the hotels and areas he was able to advise us about our suggestions and always gave us several alternatives to view.
His customer service is excellent both before and after the trip, making sure we are happy with the arrangements, checking in for us and then following up afterwards to see how it went.
We have had to contact Jason in the past while we were away to check something and he was always available and got back to us straight away.

Everything was sorted for us well . The masters tour , flights , hotel , transfers went smoothly.

From start to finish all fast efficient with no issues at all. I had my booking details passed on from our lead traveller and no issues, from getting boardingcard, checking into hotel. Airport lounge wasn't that great with food selection, but it was clean tidy and good service.
Thank you Jason the experience from start to finish was superb. Would definitely recommend, and use again.

Fantastic organisation from start to finish. Not one thing went wrong. Would thoroughly recommend using Jason at Boullies Travel - personal phone calls to check all is ok beforehand and top class itinerary

Total travel care. Nothing left to chance. Expert service.

Jason booked our wedding and honeymoon. Great experience as Jason was very attentive to our wants and needs including sticking to our budget. He also talked us through the numerous options available to us which was very helpful.
We can't wait for the big day now.

Jason has been a massive help in planning our dream honeymoon!
He managed to get us an amazing 4 destination holiday within our budget. It was really quick and such an easy process, he managed to take away the stress of planning such a big holiday.

I would definitely recommend and we will be asking Jason to help us with all our future holidays.

Jason made our trip to Lapland one to remember. The detail provided to arrange the trip, options we had and great information to get prepared helped our holiday to be amazing. We are grateful for the communication and being on hand if we required anything whilst on our trip. Will definitely be booking another holiday.
