Absolutely divine

Absolutely divine! The plants arrived in perfect condition and their selection is incredible. You can really tell they care about their botanicals. Highly recommend this store to any plant lover!

sito consigliatissimo, ho acquistato delle piantine grasse per una teca, molto particolari , diverse dal solito, arrivate in tempi brevi e con un imballaggio perfetto.

Worst shop I know

Worst shop I know. Ordered two plants for over €60,- but when delivered they were just 2 short stems with no leaves. I tried to contact them through the chat on the website and via email but no response. Keep your money in your pocket and don’t order here!!

Some plant species are naturally shipped as dormant stems without leaves depending on the season or growth stage. This is normal for certain plants and they will develop new growth once established.

However, customer satisfaction is very important to us and we always try to assist when a customer contacts us. We could not locate a message related to this order, but it is possible that it was not received.

Please kindly contact us again with your order number and a picture of the plants received so we can review the case and find a suitable solution.

Ho effettuato il mio primo ordine su Botanical Archive qualche settimana fa e l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. Cercavo alcune varietà non facilissime da trovare nei vivai della mia zona e ho apprezzato molto l’assortimento disponibile sul sito.

Tutto perfetto

Tutto perfetto. Le piante arrivano imballate alla perfezione e in salute. Comunicazione chiara e spedizione nei tempi indicati. Acquisterò sicuramente di nuovo. Consigliato!
