I am in the same boat of everyone else. Sent my back in prestine condition in December and as of end of February still no refund. I also had to pay to return them. Sound was horrible. Loud high pitch sound.

Had to send them back on Jan 16, 2024. They received them Jan 22, 2024. Have texted them several times about my refund, but they just give me the runaround but NO REFUND as of today. They have stopped answering my emails too!

It appears there is no intent to ship order. This would be in line with other customer complaints. I will cancel order and put charge in dispute with credit card company. Reputable companies do NOT charge until shipment.

At this point, I’m so over dealing with this clip joint that I’m going to call it the cost of a learning experience. DO NOT deal with this outfit unless you want months of aggravation. Shameful they prey on seniors.

The PROTON MAX is totally amazing and far superior to the $6000 hearing aids I purchased 4 years ago. I have been enjoying them for 6 months now, and so very happy with them.

Bossa has responded to everything I've ask. I've had good luck with Bossa aids. In comparison they do just as good as my$6000 aids. I believe they are a great product. I had to have a $300 repair done on my resound aids. I've been wearing each brand everyother day to get comparisons. THANK YOU BOSSA FOR YOUR GREAT PRODUCT!!!

I placed an order on 1/20/24. My credit card was charged $163.21. It is 2/14/24. I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE HEARING AIDS OR A REASON FOR THE DELAY. You claim that you ship in 5 to 7 days. Please email the reason for the delay in shipment.

Purchased TX-5 hearing aid (advertised with 45-day full money-back guarantee) in 12/7/22. Product did not fit well and did not really perform very well either. So we returned the product 12/29/22. Received confirmation of receipt by Bossa 1/9/23.
We contacted Bossa SIX times between January and May 2023 asking for status of refund and always received a prompt reply saying the refund will be made, just give us more time, so sorry. Tired of wasting our time after that and threw in the towel.
Not really worth the trouble of taking legal action for $85 product, so I guess we will just chalk this one up to experience.

Hearing aids came. All they did was amplify sounds and very little noise reduction. I couldn’t turn the hearing aids down enough. I followed all of the instructions to return. I was told it would take 10-15 business days to get my refund. I wrote numerous emails and called twice. Today it’s over a month that they got the package and yet no refund. I was told on the phone it would be another 4 days before they got back to me regarding my refund. This is a bad way to conduct business.

I ordered these hearing aids and when I did not receive or get any confirmation of the order other than the charge to my credit card I notified them that I wished to cancel my order and requested a refund. They said that this could take up to 72 hours. That was a month ago and I have notified them numerous times now.. all I get are empty promises. Companies who scam the elderly or people with hearing impairment should be more closely monitored. Very disappointing.

Purchased these hearing aides, arrived in a reasonable time, were not suitable. Followed all directions to return. Never heard further or received any refund to spite USPS comfirmation of delivery and phone calls.
