Orderd two months ago and not received. I would like to get my money back as this seems to be a scam.
I purchased hearing aids from Bossa Hearing in December of 2023. They did not work for me, and I returned them to Bossa within the company's return period. To date, I have not received a refund, and the company is no longer responding to my emails. I have filed a complaint with our State Attorney General's office seeking assistance.

I returned my hearing aids in September 2023 and have not gotten a refund, although I emailed them every two weeks. Be very careful in ordering as you will never receive a refund for your purchase.
It’s been over 2 months since I requested a refund for an order I cancelled and still haven’t received the refund. They promised 7-10 days in their e-mail but here it is 2 months later and no refund. Is anyone starting a class action lawsuit against them? I will definitely join the suit. I have emailed them multiple times to request information but they don’t respond to my emails. I feel as though they have stolen my money and have no intention of refunding it.
I paid for the Proton Max on April 7th 2024 and they still have not been shipped. At first when I sent emails I got a generic email back stating they would be shipped soon. It's been almost 3 months and now their phone rings busy 4 times and then automatically hangs up. Their immediate response chat on their website no one responds to and they no longer respond to emails asking when the hearing aids will be shipped. I think they have gone out of business and I have lost my money and will not receive the badly needed hearing aids. This is very hard for people on a fixed income and have hearing problem.

Have contacted this company several times with my order number in order to get tracking info. Have never received my info. I have emailed, called, & used the chat support on the website, never a response for the information for tracking. Orders were to be received within 7-10 days accordingly to their website yet it has now been 48 days.
So it’s been 3 months and still haven’t received my hearing aids. I made a review below like a month ago and that’s all they ever say. They have now stop responding to my emails. I’m guessing I got scammed.
How can this company improve?

Refund my money...as they put in texts they would do.... for a product I never received and cancelled the order.
Clearly they have stolen my money in a rip off. Why haven't the authorities gone after these scammers for all the people they have cheated?
Placed order on May 17. Still waiting to hear that they've been shipped. Have tried to contact them 3 different times to find out why they haven't been shipped yet. No response. Will now try for a refund, but I'm not hopeful. Obviously a scam and we will be contacting BBB and posting negative reviews everywhere that we can.
Do not ever buy from bossa. They take your money and never send your hearing aids. When you check on status, All you get is that the order has been placed, but never sent. I should’ve checked the ratings before being sucked into their offer. Now I doubt if I’ll ever be able to get my money back.

I too have been scammed by Bossa Hearing. After waiting for 60 days of my order not being delivered I requested a refund They said it would be refunded after another 60 days of waiting and nothing as of yet. This is just a scam don't order from these people.
I returned the hearing aids I ordered and followed all of the protocols for the return to ensure I received a full refund. This return was accepted by Bossa on Dec. 18, 2024 and it is now June 12nd, 2024 and I have yet to receive the refund. I keep get promises by the supervisor that Finance has been contacted multiple times yet they cannot tell me when I will receive it. I am disgusted by the amount of time I have had to put into getting my money back! Today I have tried to contact them through their Chat, no reply. I have tried to call them at 888-527-1546, nobody answered. I’ll contact BBB.

I received an order confirmation email on the 04/04/2024. In my last email to Bossa they said, 'it will take about 15-22 business days'
It's now 11/06/2024. 58 days later. I haven't received any post tracking. I need the product as my hearing aids have died and am left without hearing.
Still willing to give a good review if I receive product.
After waiting four months minus 10 days,

I finally received my hearing aids. For the record.
