Great Service. The guys that came to do my cavity wall insulation arrived promptly & took care to clear up as much as possible before they left. I am very happy with the service i received & they were very polite & courteous.

Great experience from customer services throught to survancy and then the guys who done the wall installation very good, got on with the job noise as expected from drill but explained what was happening cleaned up after themselves and knocked for me to check I was happy with the clean up .... brill polite lads 👍

Cavity insulation removed and replaced under GBIS. Two guys, both very friendly, polite and informative. Work was completed on time, brick dust etc all cleaned up without needing to ask, overall a very pleasant experience.

The 2 guys were prompt in arriving and demonstrated competence and commitment in commencing their job to the proper regulations and requirements of the job in hand. They worked well in tandem and left my property in good repair.

Full eco home system installation completed.
If I could get them to de install I would , and get my old boiler back in, i would .
Caused damage to property , returned under false pretences to fix poor installation of boiler , still not working efficiently , electric grey cables left loose in loft .Made a right mess , one worker told me to go f...
myself , because i asked them to use side entrance and use his own equipment , not mine .
I have tried to get back to fix / put right , 5 weeks now , I have compliant to gov web site .
Beware if you use these , messy , unsafe and don't use PPe , and will try to use your tools and equipment . Cause damage and they don't take ownership . poor people to deal with , if i could give no stars i would.

Cavity Walls completed with 100% satisfaction. 2 lads turned up to do the work and had a polite professional manor. left the work completed all clean and tidy showing me around the property to show me how the work was carried out and to make sure i was happy before leaving. Two insulation fitters arrived promptly, they were very polite and informative. They did an excellent job taking the old insulation out and fitting the new. They tidied up after the insulation process.

Had my old cavity wall insulation removed and then re-insulated yesterday by Borthwick group. The 2 lads who done it were very punctual and arrived right on time. They were polite and professional and all times they carried out the work with no issues and left no mess afterwards making sure to leave the outside clean and tidy. All the staff I’ve dealt with from the company have all been polite and helpful

The workers are very respectful I loved having them do the work they are really helpful thanks a lot I loved the service

I have autism and decided that I didn’t want the job doing as we couldn’t have a combi boiler and I couldn’t deal with the mess.
They would not stop hassling us with phone calls, it has gotten so bad that I am in contact with the police as they are calling us daily . I would personally like to know were they got my contact number as it was never handed out. Disgusting practices for a professional company. They can’t contact us now as number is blocked
