Borough Green Garage Omdömen

Just had a MOT done, very good service, explained in detail what should be done in the coming year to keep car in good driving condition. No hidden agenda, just all round a very good experience. What a pleasure and thank you to the team

Very helpful and informative staff .
Good swift service with good mentions to advisories if required.
Pleasant and lovely staff

Over many years I have bought a number of used and new cars so I am aware of the pitfalls one can experience from main dealers and second hand purchases.
I came across Borough Green Motors from a motoring website. We were looking for a smaller 4x4 replacement for our Discovery 3. Meeting the principal of the company, Colin Brown was a delight. Immediately he understood our needs and pointed us in the right direction. No hard sell but sound advice. The garage is not a glitzy showroom but a one stop motoring in house operation that covers all your needs. Many thanks to the well oiled team at BGM. What they say they deliver. Oh I forgot to mention we purchased a VW R Line Tiguan 4 motion automatic with a full dealer service history.

A really professional team. Indicators, cracked wheels, nothing phases them. And repairs are quick. Everyone is friendly and knows what they’re doing. It’s really refreshing to take your car to a garage you can trust. Thank you

I needed a wheel repaired on advice from a tyre company i called Borough Green garage. Very competitive pricing and Kevin could not have been more helpful. He fitted my van in same day and kept in communication letting me know what was happening and gave me fantastic advice. He is a credit to your team!

Fantastic customer service from Colin and the team. Having bought our car from the garage, the after sales service has been exemplary. Would highly recommend!

I have been so impressed with this company on several occasions in the last two years. Each time I have needed help urgently to get me on my way, Gary and his team have pulled out the stops. The charges were really competitive and I felt confident and relieved as I left the garage forecourt.
The whole team smile and say they can sort out the problem and immediately stress levels are reduced. I felt so strongly about the help given, that I have been compelled to say thank you publicly.
Thank you Gary for saving the day… more than once .

Such nice people! Makes an MOT for my horse box a pleasure!

I can’t recommend Borough Green Garage enough! After purchasing a Peugeot 207 from a dodgy garage that turned out to be completely unroadworthy, I was hesitant to trust any garage again. But Borough Green Garage went above and beyond to restore my confidence. They booked me in right away and fixed all the issues with my car promptly.

The entire team, from the owner to the staff, were incredibly honest, professional, and helpful. As a woman, I’ve often felt uncomfortable in some garages, but here I felt at ease from the moment I walked in. The fact that they’re only 10 minutes away is an added bonus!

I’m so glad I found them and would highly recommend their services. Honest, reliable, and truly customer-focused.

Very efficient company. My car went in for MOT, I was kept up to date with the progress throughout, staff were very courteous and helpful. Car was completed and back to me that afternoon. I’ll definitely be returning! Thank you.

Have been using this garage for 4 years or so,
In all they are the best team out there, proud of their company, service and
ability.
If your looking for a decent
honest gsrage, youve found it....
Greg.

Brilliant service! I highly recommend this garage!

After a horrendous experience at another garage today the team here were fantastic! The care they gave me following my previous experience and the speed at which they fixed the car was amazing. I will forever be in debt and they have gained a lifelong customer today.

Cannot praise this company enough, from the sale to a year on, I had issues outside of my warranty and they went above and beyond to sort them and keep me in regular correspondence. Fantastic service from them all. Very trusted seller and I'd feel very comfortable buying a car from them again in future.

Jame is an honest and trustworthy man, who has gone above and beyond to help me. My car is amazing and all above board as advised. I would most definitely buy another car from this garage. Thanks again Jame 👍🏽

Never buy from Borough green garage. I brought a car from them £4000 Mini Cooper. I drove it home it was smoking oil and petrol. The car was under warranty but I couldn’t drive the car back to a Borough Green garage. I had to pay £90 to take it to the nearest garage to tell me my head gasket has blown. Borough Green Garage collected the car as it was under warranty they said they fixed it and it wasn’t the head gasket. So they bodged the car and gave it back to me. A week later the engine started to make a crackling sound but by then the warranty and it was all to do with the head gasket that they never fixed. My mother and I have lost £4000. Please do not what do ever to buy from this garage. Stay well away.

Very Professional and friendly service. All staff very amicable and the hand over of the vehicle I purchased was a great experience. I am very happy with the car I bought from them.

Very thorough and professional. Clearly itemised out the quote for work that needed doing and I got check prices and needn't have worried as they were best priced too.
