This shouldn’t even get a single star, this business is seriously shady! They’re so money hungry that they go against their own CANCELLATION POLICY & make up something totally different then what the website states. The website says that you can CANCEL your order for a refund before the tracking number has been issued which I did & they wrote this “ Thanks for reaching out to Booty Bands.

Upon checking, I found Your steel has already cut down and paint has been done and it will be dispatched in 24-48 hours, therefore, We are sorry to inform you that we are unable to cancel your order because it is already in the front of shipping. Also, the product is not even worth it, go on YouTube search for this company and you will see. Save your coins & go elsewhere or to the gym. In the middle of a pandemic, these people will are doing shady things for money. I included pics of what they emailed me regarding the cancellation & their policy. I’m going every review site possible & my bank is currently handling this. This is a company that operates by “We need your money more than you”
