I still have not received my order. What is the delay?????

My order was delivered, and it was the same as advertised.

I never received the hat that I purchased and I never received an answer to my email asking where is was!!

Fast ordering and shipping

I received the wrong color. I ordered a white bag and got beige. I sent a message and haven’t heard anything back from anyone. Very disappointed! I needed a white bag.

Four months later and nothing! Customer service responds 3-4 weeks later dating they will ship ASAP, but that I needed to reconfirm. I still wanted it. Did that here? We are four weeks later still nothing.
Will never purchase from them again, and I’m convinced the people writing on here the reviews are employees or affiliated with the company

My hat was crushed in a flat package for shipping which is not good for the hat. I have to literally reshape the hat and hope it ends up looking as pretty as it does in the picture that enticed me to buy it.

I am very disappointed, and I don’t know what else to say

I placed my first (and LAST) order on March 20, 2026. My credit card was charged on March 23. On March 26, my order was returned to the warehouse because the address I submitted incorrectly said "Street" when it should have said "Avenue". I received NO call, text, or email about this problem. On March 28 I checked the tracking because I had not yet received the item and saw that my order had been returned. I promptly wrote an email with all of the requested information including the corrected address around noon (12:24pm) on March 28. I checked my email on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday looking for a response to my email. Nothing. On Wednesday I called and left a message as it was my only option. On Thursday (April 2) I called again expressing frustration that I still have not been contacted since my shipment was returned on March 26. I finally checked all my emails today. I had two unsatisfactory emails in response to my phone calls. The first asked for the correct address which I had previously emailed on 3/28 and stated on my call on 4/1 that the correct address was sent in my 03/28/2026 email. The next email asked for "more detail to help check everything". I had restated the order number on my phone call and said that I emailed and called and have yet to get a response, and I'm asked to do MORE?!

It has been 12 (twelve) days since Boots N Bags charged me, and yet has taken NO satisfactory action since March 26 when my order was returned (9 days ago).

However, I have received 3 more unwelcome advertising emails (on 3/27, 4/1, and 4/3).

All the needed information is on the email I sent on 3/28/2026 and I have resent the same email just now.

After taking the time to write my complaint, I just noticed, “Read our Guidelines for reviewers”. I will NOT do that. I have spent FAR too much time already.

I ordered light golden brown (Stylemaker Messy & Curly Elastic Hair Bun Scrunchy Extension) and received the darkest auburn color you can imagine.

Bag is ok, but its not for me! Took longer than I expected to deliver. Definitely not worth the price.

Not good experience. I did not get the pendant I wanted . Supposed to be the boy black and the girl white , and was the opposite 😟Very disappointed

The color of the pony tail did not match the description, and did not match my hair. It was not Auburn, it was a dark brown.

Belt came and was wrong color - bright blue not navy. Thought about returning it but after reading the daunting return
Restrictions decided at 83 I didn’t want to invest the time or energy it would take to initiate the return. For that reason I would not order from you again.

Sadly when my purchase finally arrived, it was not in the color I had chosen. It was a platinum White. Please advise how to return and get a refund. I would not be comfortable trusting a second shipment. Thank you for your help in this matter.

I’m still waiting for my glasses

The hat did not arrive in the shape I saw online. I don't have time to try to return or exchange before my trip.

I am still waiting for this to be delivered. I cannot write overview for something I do not have in my possession yet. Looking forward to getting tracking updates to see when delivery date will be. Thank you.
