Really disappointed in this...
Firstly, I bought a theme based on a very specific block that would allow me to detail the features of my product. When I go to create the site...THE BLOCK DIDN'T EXIST !!!!!
Contacted them and I was told it was only for show, made by their demo designer, and it doesn't function...HAHAHAHA!!!!!
I was told they weren't aware, but even now that they are they continue to advertise this specific theme (Luggage) using this particular block. Makes you wonder how many blocks in the other themes don't work.
As I had paid my money and was out of the 14-day refund period, I carried on like a trooper. Luckily I only went for the 1 year subscription.
Granted, the site speed score was improved which was a massive part of why I went for the booster theme, so credit where credit is due. But check that the site you're paying for actually is what it appears to be.
Since operating on the booster theme, my conversions have massively suffered.
Been ~3 months now and I've decided to switch back to my old Shopify theme. A lot slower, but who cares if it's getting conversions?
Stick to the Shopify themes and don't waste your money here.

Worst Themes for Shopify
Absolute worst theme I have every used on Shopify. It is slow (31) and when you add shopify apps, there is a good chance it will crash. Now I do not have access to my customize theme on Shopify. Support is non-existent. I would stay away from this theme. You can spend the plus $300 somewhere else. Absolutely terrible!!

5x'd My Shopify Speed in 4 Days
I set out to really improve my horrible shopify speed. It was a 9. I installed and configured Booster, as well as optimized my images.
Over the last 4 days (it's still going up) my score went from 9 to 46 today. Hopefully it'll keep going up!

Easy To Work With, But needs a few more features
Easy To Work With, But Needs More Features. Not quite what I expected for the Price as the Theme was over marketed to me, But I believe eventually Booster will advance. Constantly disappointed!
I love the look of the theme but support is horrible!!!
They recently had a update but the update was full of bugs so contacted support, three weeks later still havent been able to do the update and still chasing support.
It's been a week and still no reply to my emails! Constantly disappointed and already looking for a new theme.

Slow customer service, slow theme
Slow customer service. The theme isn't as fast as they claim infact free themes work faster.
Overpriced and don't find layout to be any better then a free theme considering the price.

Spend your money on a theme that helps sales. Not hurts them.
Way oversold the capabilities of Booster. They clearly spend way more time on their marketing, than up keeping the theme itself. The help center only covers basic items, and all the videos are outdated.
The Apple Pay, Google pay and shop pay buttons are the wrong color if you have a white background and black main color. Had to do css workarounds to get the text on those buttons to be white like they’re supposed to be. Also the drawer cart checkout button is covered by the mobile safari url bar. The most important button on that bar.
These are basic usability oversights, and are inexcusable. It’s like they don’t have any quality control at all.
Spend your money on a theme that actually is updated and the core functionality (which makes you money) is tested and works.

Boostertheme gave me all the tools for helping my business grow. I had to make some extra changes and the support always answerd me and helped me. The display they offer are more accurate than other apps, I really feel greatfull with this app. Five stars.

I spent days on customizing my website…
I spent days on customizing my website only to realize later that my collection pages aren’t matching in look. I contacted support and Klea answered me the next day saying we are happy to look into that and asked for a video showing the issue. I sent it to her, the next day she asked for our collaborator code so she can look into it. I sent the collaborator code and heard nothing from her. Basically, each day, her job is to send one email and disappear until the next day comes. When I saw that is the case with support, I asked to cancel my license and give me a refund since I’m still in my 14 day money back guarantee. As soon as I asked for the refund, Klea responded with a message saying “Is there anything we can do to change your mind?” I responded saying no. I asked for a refund two times after that and never heard back. Moreover, I did publish the theme for a short period of time to test speed and performance on pagespeed index, the results were disappointing. Here we are talking about:
- poor support
- ignoring my refund request
- buggy theme
- it doesn’t update with their app is the app is no longer approved by Shopify.
This company doesn’t respect its customers. I want my money back

⚠️ Dead Theme!! ⚠️
Absolutely do not risk your business with this theme unless you want to lose sales!!! I bought this theme years ago and it worked great until they refused to update. I foolishly fell for their “Lifetime” license in hopes it would update all my issues but the theme was STILL broken; add to cart was broken along with countless other features. Support was nonexistent until I commented publicly on Instagram, they claimed I was not responded to initially because my help requests were sent to someone who doesn’t work there anymore?!! Red flag. I asked for the 14 day guarantee refund but I’ve been ghosted for another week 🙃What a disappointing nightmare, I’ve lost so much more than what I’m trying to get a refund for. Hopefully my bank can handle this.

Have tried them all - Booster is the winner.
I have been rotating through the "fastest, best converting" themes and have settled on Booster. Out of the box, it is by far the best of the bunch.
There may be a bit of a learning curve if you are new, but many resources, including their own helpdesk, can get anyone the results you need.
People complain about price... I don't mean this in a rude way at all, but you are investing in your business. If this is just a side thing and not something you are building for a living then maybe go with Dawn or a free theme. If you want to be a legit business that has the features your customers are expecting then this is the best option out there, IMO.

Dont waste your hard earned money on these cheaters, in one year time my checkout has been blocked 2nd time and these guys are no longer interested to fix the issue, i had a paid version they are pushing me to buy a new updated version, believe me it is a trap, shopify support is not heling as the issue is on theme and they dont support booster theme,
