Fake company. Sent us shoes that were the wrong size. Kept offering 30% then 40% money back. Finally they gave us the return address (after 5 emails). Sent back the shoes the address either was fake or they just simply refused to accept the return.

Another one for the Christmas Tree heist. This is so disappointing. Paypal was supposed to be trying to look out for us, but I got the same information that the tree was delivered 3 days after I placed the order, but no one can show me proof. We work too hard for our money to waste $50

Never received the tree. But still charged my credit card. BS. I’m not happy at all 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

They don’t deserve star but had to give 1 to type the experience!! I Ordered a Christmas tree and never received the tree. Been in dispute with PayPal for 2 months they are denying because the company gave them tracking that showed delivered. The company never responded to my request and nobody can give me the US tracking number. I have opened another dispute with PayPal. They are a fraud! The companies page is now closed!! Big sign this was a fraudulent company!!!

I wish you could give negative stars. These folks are nothing but scammers. I paid for a Christmas Tree, there was no Christmas Tree.They claimed it was shipped to wrong address, and constantly asked me to tell them what was wrong when I would attempt to get a refund. Do not waste your time or money - this will not show up.

Ordered November 4, 2024. Never received product. Filed dispute with PayPal, was denied, filed another dispute and awaiting response. Hoping PayPal does their due diligence.

Total scam. I ordered my tree on November 7th, and have had no communication from the company. I've emailed them twice with no response and now their website is gone. Don't waste your money. If it sounds too good to be true it is!

-1 Review. Scam. Never received Christmas Tree order from TikTok add. Bogus order #. Disputed my claim with PayPal same as most of you but now the business is closed. However, (see below) you did leave an internet tracking and digital footprint and I vow to track you down and expose you both thru TikTok and by law (internet scam) with the Better Business Bureau. I don't care if it's $20.....it's mine and you have no right to take it unlawfully...now your going to pay!! Copying this email, website, and information below over to TikTok and to the Better Business Bureau, RIGHT NOW!

Never received Christmas Tree from TikTok ads. Paid through PayPal. Working with them on a dispute, but the business is now closed. Never received tracking. Never received response to multiple emails asking for status. Completely scammed.

Same as all of yall in here scammed %100 November 4th. It’s dec 11 now. No tree. Website down.

Can’t give this scam a zero star rating?! I bought the 7 foot prelit tree from Boomira/Farmington on Nov 10th. Unlike others I only got an order confirmation email but no shipping or tracking info. Red flag 1 is that there was no order under my TikTok shop history. Red flag 2 is that my PayPal shows no evidence of this purchase either so now I don’t know if I’ll get my money back! Happy f-ing holidays to the losers who scammed me and my family out of money I could have used to buy gifts!!!

It would be no stars at all if I could I ordered a pair of jeans that they claim to be Judy blue jeans that was November 1. I’ve emailed them. I have tried tracking them. I got scammed ripped off. It was only $16 but still now they’ve got my information isn’t that lovely. I hope they catch these people and do whatever they do to scammers And anybody that asked me about this company I’ll tell them they’re nothing but crud.

I did an order on November 3,2024 for a Christmas tree.i got a fake tracking number.so I kept sending emails and tried to call a number that I found but to never worked!!Now when I go to my order to track it says the account is closed.im trying to get a refund but have no way to get to them.this is a scam.dont order from this company

This place is a scam I ordered my tree and never received it says they delivered to my mailbox. You can’t put a 7’tree in mailbox. I’ve reached out to Boomira and Farmington repeatedly with no response. Buyer beware.

Ordered a 7-9’ tree from TikTok. Days later realized it was a scam and reached out asking for a refund. Was told by boomira to message some random email and never heard back. Opened a case through PayPal. Boomira sent PayPal case a tracking number. It was bogus. It said delivered and wasn’t. I updated PayPal case daily stating no refund yet, no update and no item. I finally got notice today I’m getting a refund. Interesting as well the boomira site says store closed now. I want these people shut down and held responsible. Sure I’m getting my money back but know not everyone will and want to prevent them from doing it ever again. My message to boomira and anyone who worked for or with boomira… karma… just remember it’s real.

Horrible review they don't respond back to emails I ordered a tree Nov 1 and still haven't heard anything quite to take your money boomira is a horrible website and should be taken down and refund my money there customer service is fake and useless

Going through the same issue as many others and paypapl is supporting the scammer. Never received the tree and Paypalis a complete joke and is claiming the seller provided proof of shipping/ tracking. Total scam.

Scam. I placed an order November 8 never received my tree and now the website is down. I called my bank to dispute it.
