Keep getting the same generic answers, We are experiencing a high volume of withdrawals at the moment. Your withdrawal is in a cue, It will be paid out in 24 hours. Same answer from live chat and email.
Very bad customer care, to me its like a stalling tactic that they want you to cancel your withdrawal and then lose it.

After 2 weeks exactly I finally got my withdrawal. Countless emails on my side to them and countless excuses on there side. I will never play here again. I have requested my account be permanently closed with no option to reopen but after playing on one of there sister sites and asking the same which they told me was done, I could login yesterday no problem.
Serious issues need to be addressed with this site both in house and with the Gambling regulator in the country that they are operating out of.

Aggiornamento: sono ormai passate le 96 ore (4 giorni lavorativi effettivi) di cui parlano e il prelievo risulta ancora in verifica, a questo punto consiglio di veramente di non utilizzare il sito in quanto non rispetta il processo di prelievo.
Dopo aver informato l assistenza mandano e-mail da bot e lasciano passare i tempi di prelievo decretati senza darti la possibilità di pagarti i tuoi soldi, a mani basse il peggior casinò mai visto in vita mia.
