Damaged, Used/Outdated Products
I purchased the moisturizing stick and the nude rose blush stick, but did not purchase the glimmer as I don't like shimmer and glimmer on skin, especially older skin. The moisturizing stick arrived without the little protective plastic cap my blush stick and others' moisturizing sticks had placed over the top of the color/moisturizer. It was also as hard as a rock and slightly grainy, which leads me to believe this is either older product that has outlived its shelf life or returned product that was resold (ick). The blush stick seemed fine, but the twist mechanism just didn't work. Could not twist that color up one iota. Ended up returning both. Singularly unimpressed with these products for the price. There are so many similar products available at the drugstore, at beauty merchants like Ulta, etc., at much more reasonable prices and that work as well or better and that are packaged in tamper-proof protective packaging, which is essential for any product you use on your skin. I like a stick blush and this was PROBABLY fine, but I'll never know as the stick was unusable. The quality of the moisturizer was disturbing, to say the least. Rock hard, AAMOF. Overall seems overpriced, sketchy quality and nothing you can't find at a lower cost and with a wider range of options pretty much anywhere else you buy cosmetics.
