Great experience, axe throwing was excellent fun (and tiring) and the customer services shown on the day from the staff was excellent.
Would definitely recommend and looking forward to returning!

I had such a fantastic experience at BOOM Battle Bar, and a huge part of that was thanks to Nikole. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure we had the best time possible. It’s rare to come across someone who balances professionalism with such a natural, warm personality, but Nikole absolutely nailed it.

She was attentive without being intrusive, always ready to help, and clearly passionate about creating a fun atmosphere. Whether it was helping us get set up, answering questions, or just bringing positive energy to the whole experience, she went above and beyond. You can tell she really cares about the customers and takes pride in her work, which makes such a difference.

BOOM Battle Bar is already a great place for a fun night out, but team members like Nikole are what truly elevate the experience. She made everything feel easy, enjoyable, and memorable, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her highly enough. If you get the chance to be looked after by Nikole, you’re in excellent hands!

What a fabulous place in Wandsworth, friendly staff, so many games to choose from. Even beer pong and coconut prawns 🦐 mmmmm thank you Rax, my dad loved the pool table xx

We had an amazing time at boom battle O2 we was a group of 4 and our host called August he was very helpful throughout our whole time here!
We had a problem on the pool and he helped us straight away and we got a free game of darts

Superb afternoon. Staff are very warm welcoming and made the whole afternoon fun! Ben & Broadie !!

As a group of more mature ladies celebrating the start of our 60th birthday year we found ourselves beautifully attended to by Eva and Bella who made us feel very welcome and added lots of fun for us.
Great to meet such lovely people, we’ll definitely be back.

Nice decor and barstaff were friendly. We got a karaoke deal for 1h singing, plus 2 cocktails and food. The drinks were great and made fresh, and the food was tasty.

On the minus side. We asked for the food after our 1h but they burst in halfway through a song with it and left the door open on the way out. There was also a problem with the mics which required several minutes of technical assistance. When I asked if we could get that time added on I was told there were other folk waiting and when I suggested a free drink in lieu I got a passive-aggressive response. Took the edge off an otherwise fun evening.

Canterbury for my 62nd birthday - second time my son and I have been here for the axe throwing! Love it ❤️ Harry managed to fit us in (my son and I have ADHD and most things are decided impetuously/spur of the moment even with a year’s notice 😁).
Harry was informative, encouraging and engaged with us and the games we chose. Connor was on a trial shift and was a star 🌟 joining in when I asked him to ‘have a go’ throwing an axe. Even the music was just right ! A perfect activity for us and brilliantly supported by Harry - cheers!

Came for my mother's 81st birthday to do Axe throwing.
Our Axe throwing host was Chris who was great and was good fun.
Everyone enjoyed it.

James at the Watford bar was an absolutely delightful host. He is a ball of light and filled with a positive and friendly attitude. He made our experience what it was. Great activities, even better host.

I came here for a work do to do axe throwing and I have to say I won’t be coming back.

We had to sign a waiver on entry which they told us was sent to us previously (it wasn’t) which took up time.

The employee assisting us with the axe throwing had the personality of a bin and seemed like it was a chore to be there, not engaging with us at all. He then had the audacity to have a go at my colleague because she moaned about the game we were playing, claiming he had been “nothing but nice to us”

We had 2 drinks tokens each and tried to order them but it took us 15 mins to do so and then took another half hour for it to actually arrive.

We also didn’t have a table despite paying for a package that included food, and when asked about it, we were told to just “use the two barrels by the axe throwing section” this is for 15 of us…

Eventually my colleague complained about this so they relented and gave us a table once our hour long (yes just one hour) game session had ended.

I then tried ordering food that was included but because I am Coeliac, I was told that I couldn’t eat anything on the menu so had to sit there without any food while everyone else ate, which took a good half hour to arrive as well.

The whole place just seems very chaotic and nobody has any sense of what they are meant to be doing or care at all.

Don’t bother with this place, there are plenty of other places similar that are far superior.

We did axe throwing with Alex on his last day. A fantastic host who was a very good teacher and also very friendly and lovely. Really made the axeperience, made us fans.

Great service from Alex T. Amazing atmosphere and great vibes, highly recommend.

Noyel was a very good host and we really thought he enhanced our experience

Booked for my friends henparty, ans booked for axe throwing and Beer/Prosseco ball.
Was a great experience overall, axe throwing was enjoyable and beer pong was fun. Wasn't very happy that when we went to check in for Beer pong that we booked in advance no was there to arrive us, so stood waiting for 10 minutes for someone to man the desk. When we have a 45 min slot booked it does take a big chunk of time out of the experience. Was also told in the package we would recive tokens for 2 drinks each, and 2 of our party didn't get any tokens, and when asked about it no seemed to know.
However, I would like to thank Lukas and Joe at the Manchester branch, both were wonderful and helpful throughout the experience and made it that bit more special for my friends hen.

Had a really good time, didn’t have any problems and when we did the staff were quick to react and really helpful, the staff member called Faith was really kind and offered good advice for activities to do and help with finding our way around. All in all a really good place to go for a night out with friends or family.

Had an amazing night here yesterday. The staff were amazing, the vibe was energetic and friendly and the cocktails were 10/10. I recommend the zombie and mojito!!
A staff member in particular made our night extra special she went above and beyond, I believe her name was chantel x slong with the great service she recommended the Photo Booth and me and my partner took the cutest photos! So glad we came. I’d definitely recommend this location. Youre the best Chantel!
