The BookyAI app looks like it will be a useful tool
I bought the BookyAI tool and overall, I think it’s a good tool. There was some kind of connection issue that happened at one point for some reason. Yet, Laura saw my email and managed to fix it.
I’ve got numerous book projects going on. One of the things that caught my attention was the fast formatting. Of all my books, that is one of the road bumps that slows me down.
In most cases, I am unimpressed with the variety of AI chat bots out there. The BookyAI support Chat Bot is one of the most helpful of any I have seen.
Although, whatever happened with the email comms, one of the key things is getting a verification code by email to log in and get to support. After that, I added the Bookyai emails to my contacts so all emails are received. If you’re just getting BookyAI, I recommend doing that.
I’m still new to the tool, but I’m impressed with the potential I see ahead. Given the hours I’ve spent writing books and formatting them, the cost I paid for BookyAI is worth the purchase.
There are abilities to recommend new features, and there are regular updates. Fortunately updates are an automatic thing now.

Customer service needs improvement
I contacted customer service on 23rd Sep. It took me 3 attempts (3 tickets) and 1 Trust Pilot review before a human being (not AI) kindly helped me out. I managed to generate 1 book. Right after my 1 book was generated there was no time to read or listen to it. A software update came along and my licence stopped working for 2 days. I contacted customer service again and I was helped immediately. Considering I have been partially refunded (at my request) I suppose BookyAI is good value for money if you have time to spare dealing with customer service.

You're right that our live chat is answered by an AI assistant, so customers get help at any hour. But it should never stand between a customer and a refund they're entitled to. We are changing how refund requests are handled so that they always reach our team directly.
