Everything was in order and it came as arrived, but whoever put the Booksrun sticker on the bottom placed it in such a way that removing it tore off part of the cover. I had a blue marker to re-a... Se mer

Books took three times longer than expected to come. Instead of getting a formal apology in my email, there was nothing said but a DoorDash coupon slipped in with my order. The rental idea is cool, I would just appreciate a little more professionalism and communication. Other than that, I got the right book in reasonable condition and it was cheap.

Poor Packaging
A beautiful book damaged through lack of any protective packing. To expect a fairly heavy book to survive unharmed, in just a plastic bag, travelling from US to UK is pushing your luck. As it is one corner is damaged, not badly, but just a shame it is. Invest in some bubble wrap or cardboard corner protectors. not going to cost a fortune.

Great experience
Everything about the transaction was great. I was a little nervous about the initial purchase because I had never heard of the company before. I decided to go with it and I’m glad I did. They were one of the only places that had the book I needed and they had fast shipping. I needed my book quickly and other websites did not offer that. Book was in great condition and I am very pleased with how things went.

The book description was inaccurate
The book description said it was very good but the book came with duct tape or something all over the back to where it covers a good portion of it and there’s a small hole like someone scratched a sticker off and it took a layer of paper off. I need it for school so I’m keeping it since I already have it.
