This company gives you huge discounts on luxury breaks. In exchange you listen to a sale pitch during your break about further holidays. I find searching for and booking holidays so stressful. This takes all the stress away. You know you are getting a great deal, you know you are getting luxury, and the booksi staff are all so lovely, friendly and helpful. If you find the process confusing you just phone them and they sort everything out for you.

It was a very nice hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful would have loved to take up offer but due to my husband health coudnt commit to 3years it looked a great places to visit so thank you again for 3 days in Kama hotel at lake ment Stirling we g had a rest full time and meals were good

Booking process was easy and straight forward. Got my break for a good price.
Karma Lake of Menteith was an awesome hotel, food and drinks of a high quality. Rooms were a little dated but could take the dog. We enjoyed the restaurant looking over the lake which is spectacular.
Staff were so helpful and friendly. They also had an outdoor wild swimming and sauna experience, which required booking. There are NO spa facilities at this hotel, which we were lead to believe. Next door to the hotel you could hire a boat and go out onto the river. Or take a boat trip over to the little castle ruins.

Amazing time at this venue, great staff who bend over backwards to help you. Breakfast was spot on and we would definitely stay here again.

5 stars from start to finish. We cannot recommend this enough. An absolute beautiful experience, lovely hotel with lots of character, friendly and welcomed feeling from all staff, clean room and gorgeous food at a very reasonable price. Drinks at the bar were very affordable, calm and warm environment, we absolutely loved sitting by the fireplace every night sipping on our wine. Lots of lovely places to visit nearby, shopping experiences and walking trails.
We will definitely return!

Be careful with them !!!
They have took my booking over the phone and refused to give me a refund I had to call them several times every time they said that manager need to authorise it and conveniently he already finished his shift !! After I said to them that any payments or purchases taken over the phone are under 14 days protection and you are allowed to cancel it without giving the reason than eventually they have given me a refund !
Just stand your ground and demand your money back

Great location. Friendly staff. Good food. Accommodation could do with a makeover.

A quirky, creaky experience in historical surroundings with interesting decor.
Staff were hospitable and helpful.
Breakfasts were more than adequate and ideal to set oneself up for the day ahead.
The bar and bar staff made it a pleasurable evening experience and an opportunity to meet up with other residents in comfort.
We found the bed linen and towels of exceptional quality, and the bed roomy and comfortable despite the tale of ghosts!
It was a great short break despite the grim weather so we didn't experience the grounds.

The price was good (although VAT was added by Booksi to the advertised price at payment).
The hotel was fine, 3/4 star, tired in places but great for our needs and super location on the lake shore. The staff were friendly, but needed better management (eg needed to ask to replenish breakfast coffee/tea, toast etc)
The holiday club offer was tempting, but we felt a limited number of properties to use it at, so declined. 1.5 hours 121 meeting, worth it for the cost of the stay.
We would book and stay again.

Lovely comfortable accommodation. Nice to have a super king size bed. The views were lovely and the staff were very friendly. The only disappointment was how tired the decor was. Some bits could be excused but dirty walls was a bit of a turn off. Breakfast included was a very limited continental. Anything more you needed to pay for.

Lovely hotel really dog friendly friendly staff

Staff at the Karma Salford Hall hotel were very friendly and very professional in all aspects of their work. The period property was also very interesting, with all of its history dating back to the Tudor period.

Booking the holiday was very easy. We found the karma Lake of Menteith near Stirling Scotland an excellent hotel. The service and the food was top class would definitely recommend to anyone.
