I'm normally not one to leave reviews, but I was so blown away with the service and product I received that I had to! First of all, this was my first time ever designing and having a catalog printed. I had designed brochures and such previously at my job and did not have good experiences, so to say I was nervous is to say the least. Nevertheless, I ordered sample packs from multiple companies, and when it was finally time to order the catalogs my boss and I decided to take a chance with Booklets Print. I am not disappointed! I sent in my PDF, and a real person sent me an email letting me know things needed to be fixed. I am very thankful for their patience over the next two days, as they helped me get image resolutions and placements/margins corrected. Then it was off to the presses! I approved the Soft-Proof on the 19th and by the 26th I had 1,000 perfect copies in my office! They printed beautifully and I'm forever grateful with Alex (the PrePress Operator) for helping me get it right! As long as I work here, my company will order our catalogs from you guys!

For all of those who are unsure if this company can deliver then I can assure you they can and then some. Pre-production advice and attention helped me through some of the planning and layout, an added service that was very useful. Price is great so you can't complain too much about printing quality. Colors were very washed out and desaturated. If your looking for the best quality look elsewhere but if you need the best price this is the place to go. Ordering, proofing and shipping was all easy with bookletsprint.
