It all started with a generous 30 day trial. But the truth is that you only need a few hours to see that this tool is amazing! It allows me to understand what is going on with my business finances, it helps me be more top of mind of the categories that I have in my reports and the best thing of all is the AI bookkeeper, Paula. It is amazing all the questions that I can ask her and how she is able to action directly in the tool, the suggestions that she gave me. I am not going back to Quickbooks online!

It's been great so far! I love their software for invoicing, keeping track, categorizing my entries, I connected my bank account and it was really easy. All good! As a freelancer, 100% useful and worth it.

Fully automated. One click profit loss and balance sheet, and e-sign feature is very good. I use their QuickBooks migration extension to move away from the horrible QBO.

I'm using Bookeeping AI since 2 months, I'll share some pros and cons regarding the platform.

Pros:
- Bring existing data is very easy (especially from QBO)
- Have an actual AI that doesn't only generate text but actually execute tasks
- Very easy to use and blazingly fast
- Importing CSV transactions is very easy and no processing requires, saves a ton of time
- US and Canada bank integration
- Basically an Accounting suite, they have Spreadsheets, Docs, File storage, Form filling and e-sign in one place.
- Fast and responsive support
- Built in email client to send and receive emails
- Have collaborator support to bring team member and accountant
- They have a very generous trial

Cons:

- Limited bank support outside US and Canada

Danish is a charismatic and strong-spirited leader. When he asked me for help, I said yes because I enjoyed talking to him and wanted to see what he was building. Over the next several months, he provided immense guidance to me personally and to my business. It is not every day that a client turns me into a customer. No longer will he pay me for my complaints; instead, I will pay him to complain, as he creates the first truly brilliant, artificial intelligence accountant.
