I ordered the book on January 7th, and about three weeks later I received an email saying it had been shipped. Finally, on April 8th (!!!), four months later, after I contacted them again, they replied, "Unfortunately, we didn't receive the book, so we couldn't ship it." Remember, this happened four months later! I don't recommend anyone order from this shady company.
Ordered 3 weeks ago and just been told that shipping will be in the beginning of January. Scam and drop shipping. Avoid
Terrible experience. Order placed 1,5 months ago, still no books, no tracking number, no apology. I have to chase them multiple times, every week to get an update. Customer service is rude, arrogant, not accepting their misleading order process. They reject to discount delivery fee for missed timeframe, refuse to refund the order as apparently books are already on the way, 2,5 months still on the way. Reviews on their website are all 5*, but only when I read reviews here I understood that this website is just the one to avoid at all costs.
Waited for a book for over a month. After 1,5 month was told that order is cancelled and refund will be issued. No refund so far.

Отгрузка товара (10книг) заняла почти месяц?, а сама доставка быстрая (примерно неделю) в Англию (в Германию думаю еще быстрее), но я рада что оно дошло В ЦЕЛОСТИ И СОХРАНОСТИ.:) Думала что уже скам сайтк какойто если честно, но нет. И Если будете заказывать, то просто не ожидайте быстрого результата, это единственный минус. А плюс (лично мое мнение) в большом ассортименте и приятных обложках. ☺️
It was the first time I ordered on this site, I was surprised by the large number of books, a very large assortment and this is a rarity.
I ordered 5 books. Delivery took about a month, which is why I gave it 4 stars, not 5. (After two weeks, I wrote to the manager to find out about my order, because after reading the reviews here, I decided that maybe they were scammers. A nice girl answered me and explained that they order books directly from publishers, which is why there are such delays in delivery). But all 5 books arrived and they are wonderful, the printing is excellent and they are all packaged. I highly recommend it! Just be prepared that delivery will take a little longer.
This website is scam. I ordered books 3 weeks ago then tried to contact and email address wasn't found. Website isn't working. Avoid
It is scam, I am waiting my books 1 month. They promised me to send tracking number, but nothing was sent. now stop even lying.
Worst experience ever, I have been waiting for my books for more than four weeks. they didn't fulfill an order in full, send me 3 out of 10. Have to chase up for a refund, but this never happened, no refund, no money, no books. total scam, void

Not a 5 star reviews because delivery time takes over a month easily.But books eventually do arrive,all in new condition ,nice and safe package.You just need to be patient with their service. Also orders do not always appear on their website.Some of them did some of them never apear.But i do get an email confirmation about all orders and tracking info too.I appreciate this service as living in London no other places i can buy russian books.Great choice of books,easy navigation,affordable price range.So an overage this website build my trust in them as i received all books with a little delay ,but as described.
They just need to improve few points in their service. For example books that have been sold out could be added to your wish list,i haven't found this feature, no notification of their availability in future.Still well appreciated.Thanks

Originally it is says 7 days delivery , after 7 days they says need to wait for another 2 weeks , than books would be ready and after 7 days deliver. I did ask them to cancel the order for 3 days and now they say they would cancel the order and refund would be made after 7 working days. So will see ....
