I came across an ad from Bonus Homes while our house was on the market. The decision to sell our home was a huge decision since we had an interest rate we will likely never see again (under 3%). I was hesitant to sell but we did not have the means to buy another house without the equity of that home. After we sat on the market for months we started to feel like this move wasn’t meant to be. When I came across a BH ad I was intrigued but definitely skeptical because let’s face it it’s so hard to trust any company, especially when it comes our largest asset. The more I learned about their program and what they have to offer the more I considered it. Everyone at BH listened to what my specific needs were and where financially I needed to be. They were able to work with me and give me an offer that actually made it easy to accept. Now that the numbers were great I was hesitant about the legal implications. BH was incredibly understanding and helpful as I consulted attorneys to review everything and ensure the contract covered myself from unforeseen circumstances. I cannot say enough how grateful I am for BH being patient with me and providing an opportunity for my family to get into a home that suits all of our needs. The Bonus team is outstanding.
