Very bad experience
Very bad experience , wait more than 1:5 yrs , third party accept liability and charged a courtesy car which was private hire more than 32 thousand for 40 days ,they did not put my loss of earning saying u got a coutesy car so can not eligible for loss of earning ,around 3 months i was off from work and on bed , so they decide and agreed with third party , and at the end got email they we close ur claim and u will get £90 pound for injury back sholder and neck pain , they did not ask from me that we are settle ur claim , 30th july was in court hearing and they settled down b4 and i didnot know any thing just saying u will get £90 in total , waste of time , give u headache tension and the worst service in uk ever seen ,i need help from any related sources and authorities, coutest car 40 days more than 32k u can get a new car its alll like a scam i need full support and they made me like an anxiety and depression patient , sorry for my english 🙏

So far absolutely useless
I would strongly advise anyone considering Bond Turner to think twice.
My claim has been dragging on for far too long, and communication has been extremely poor.
Every few months I'm asked to sign the same documents again, and they repeatedly request reports that have already been sent to them multiple times. It feels completely disorganised, and I'm constantly chasing for updates instead of being kept informed.
This has been a very frustrating experience, and I expected a much more professional service.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Bond Turner

The staff's conduct was fine
The staff's conduct was fine, but the case was straightforward—liability was indisputable—yet it dragged on for three years; you wore me down to the point where I agreed to a settlement. I could have gone to another firm that guaranteed a resolution within three months; instead, it was nothing but stress. Besides, I got the impression that things were quite disorganized, as I had to repeat my statement and the details of the incident several times over the years.
