Headboard, excellent customer service …

I selected the wrong colour headboard but only noticed when the item arrived. I contacted the team, who were more than happy to help. They sent samples off to me so I could match the exact colour, plus they kept on constant conversation on WhatsApp. Once I colour matched the the team sent out a new headboard which was received today, delivery was super quick and tge driver collected the other headboard, all free of charge, excellent customer service which was really appreciated, I would highly recommend this company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service

I recently received my new bed, and I am beyond impressed! It’s sturdy, stylish and incredibly comfortable. The quality is excellent, Mattress is so comfortable. Delivery was smooth and on time. Easy to assemble!

Delivery was so quick I couldn't believe it! I love my bed, colour, storage and storage box! 😍 I got a double bed with a custom-made headboard (80-inch)—my only regret is wishing I ordered an 83-inch one to touch the ceiling! I also wished the headboard was a little wider, but honestly, overall, I'm so in love with my bed! 🥰 Such a great statement piece—it makes my room look rich, luxurious, and expensive, not to mention comfortable! 👑 #NewBed #BedroomGoals #HomeDecor #Luxury #Comfort #StatementPiece #DoubleBed #Headboard

High quality but a bit tricky

SO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A GUY IN THE HOUSE TO BOSS THE INSTALLATION PEOPLE IF YOU DONT THEY WILL LEAVE A MESS SO MAKE SURE YOU ARE THERE WHEN THEY INSTALL AND TAKE THE TRASH WITH THEM. THE BED IS LUXURY AND HIGH QUALITY BUILD THE MATTRESS I BOUGHT 2000 BONZANA AND ITS COMFY AND GOOD. WILL BUY AGAIN THANKS

Im never one to leave a review but felt…


Im never one to leave a review but felt like i had to for this company bonanza sleep. I had my bed delivered on Saturday and the quality is 10/10. I was abit apprehensive about buying a bed online, unseen, as you never know what the quality is like, but i can honestly say this bed is fantastic.
I would also like to add, the customer service is great! We had a delivery date given to us just a few days after placing the order however we couldn't make that delivery time, so we asked to move the date and it was no problem.
Will definitely be using this company again!
I m so happy with this bed 🛌
