Quality of shoes were laughable and return policy is not easy. They keep trying to get you to keep the product with 10-20% back.

Worst company I’ve ever experienced they’re such scammers it’s insane. So I bought what was supposed to be a nice looking jacket for $60, not to mention it took weeks to get here and it came from china. The jacket looked nothing like the photo, it was toxic and made me itch and was not a large it was like a XS no joke and had no tag and was thin like paper which I would feel warmer wearing a t shirt in. I requested a refund and they said they’d give me 10% back if I return it which is only $6 and would make me pay for shipping which is $10. So I am losing even more money just to give them their shit product back… This place is horrible I can’t believe companies like this pop up so quickly when looking for clothes online, they should be shut down and I don’t know why they’re still around they’re a joke.

Omg I went ahead and ordered cute looking shoes from Bomre in spite of bad reviews. Of course it was a mistake. The shoes were so crummy! Supposed to be suede...does suede wrinkle? Flimsy material. They came in a plastic bag like a Dollar Tree purchase but cost $50. I fought with this company to give a full refund for a week. Since they are not in America they replied in the middle of the night and refused to give a full refund. Their policy is to charge shipping for returns but thought they might want to satisfy a very disappointed customer but nope! I was offered 30% refund to keep them. I would be embarrassed to even donate. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BOMRE!!! Paying for the return. I want them gone!

I would give them a negative rating if I could. The quality of clothes and shoes that I received was a joke. They actually smelled like chemical waste that left a residue on my hands. The customer service is nonexistent, the only saving grace is that I paid with my American Express card. They are helping to resolve this and hopefully get a refund. My advice don’t ever buy from them!

I also wish I would've read reviews before purchasing. Item looked NOTHING like it did online. Very poor customer service. Huge regret. Such a waste of money.

I wish I would have read the reviews. I would have given Zero stars but that was not a choice. Bought a pair of "orthotic" shoes and they were made of...drum roll please.... "felt".... like from a pool table!$#@ and with no "orthotic" to the shoe what-so-ever! Then they were glued together with what smelled like cement glue! Very toxic smelling! What a joke!!! Nothing like the picture, then they had the audacity to sell them for $50ish dollars. Given the choice, I would not pay a $1 for these from the dollar store!!! After reading the review, I doubt I will get my money back. These shoes were beyond cheap, worse then that cheap TEMU stuff!

Should have read the reviews before purchasing. Was supposed to be orthopedic foot beds but was cheap plastic. Tops shoes were made of felt and cheap plastic. Sizes were off. Soooo bad!!!!! Stay away from Bomre… and SHOP why are they on your platform

Item took a long time to arrive and then when it did- oh my gosh the quality is so bad it's hard to describe. Looked nothing like the picture and there wasn't even a label in it!! Yikes! Wish I had read reviews before I ordered but PLEASE save your money and don't order from this company...

Wish I had done research on this site before making purchase. Scam totally describes this company, they got me. Beyond cheap items that look nothing like the photo/description. Bought 2 pairs of shoes and a sweater. The shoes I ordered in a size 12 in women were actually probably a 9, and were beyond cheap. The sweater was paper thin and cheap as cheap can get. They need to be shut down. Learned my lesson, what a joke.

Total scam! They sent me the wrong items (not what I ordered). Then they charged me for return shipping and didn’t issue me a refund. I’m disputing the charge with my bank.

Wish I would’ve found these reviews before making my purchase. When I purchased my sweater it said next day shipping. Then I got a email that said it takes 1-4 days to process then another 7-10 days to ship. When clicking on the summary of the order, the items shipped from Shopify which is located in China.

Canceled the order, then the next day shipping info is sent. They reply hours later saying they’re unable to cancel the order due to it already being shipped. Complete scam. No wonder they take the reviews off of their items in their online store. It’s a scam and should be avoided at all costs.

If I could give them zero stars I would !ordered shoes almost a month ago and still haven’t gotten them - I’ve gotten absolutely no help from customer service at all ! Beware ! Don’t make the same mistake we did - I wish I looked at their reviews before spending 100$ on these shoes and I’m still not even sure how the quality is

The shoes provided were very poor quality. It took 17 emails to get a return address (they avoided providing it), confirm the package arrived, and get a refund. Very questionable company. Parent company is SIA DOK GROUP which also has a branch called Nuvoula which runs out of an apartment building in Latvia.

The order took a very long time to arrive. The shoes were too small and then I realised that the sizes on the website were for US sizes not the UK. The company was extremely unhelpful towards with me and would not accept that their website was misleading so I have ended up with a pair of expensive shoes that I cannot wear. The quality is not good enough for me to get them made bigger either. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. They sent the wrong order. They told me they would exchange the shoes if I paid the shipping to return them. $9.99. I refuse to pay shipping to correct an error. Its not an exchange when I received the wrong item. The shipping took forever and the quality is poor. Above and beyond that, the customer service is terrible. Don't do it.

When you try to send an email it comes back undeliverable
They are a scam and rip off

Not even a 1 Star, STOP before purchasing this company is a SCAM! I have never received the item they claim to have shipped from China and never received. I've had to complete a chargeback with my credit company. A complete waste of time!!!!

Absolutely the worst company, who ever keeps all the original packaging, bracket they got $30 for is on Temu for $1.50 ! The bracelet was for a child size, not a grown man, they make it hard to return for a reason, figured they can keep my $30 , I'll just write a review, BEWARE !!!

Lied about shipping product. Never received. And placed recurring fraudulent charges on my credit card requiring me to cancel my credit card...
