I can't praise Bolsover enough. Their customer service is outstanding! I came across them by accident when I bought a cruise off someone else who was using them. I was so impressed with their service I've booked all further cruises with them. They are very easy to contact, all staff are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care about making sure what you purchase is right for you. And they are always cheaper than booking direct with cruise lines! Highly recommended.

Great experience booking with BolsoverTravel. However, shortly after booking P&O introduced a 5 or 10% discount which I didn’t qualify for as my booking was confirmed. I know Bolsover are not always privvy to when these special offers are going to appear & obviously are there to generate new bookings but it doesn't stop me from being miffed 😞
