Great response when I called them late at night and they came out as promised to fix my boiler. Geoff was very professional and explained what he was doing. Geoff saved the day!
Geoff came to my Father’s rescue after being left with no heating for weeks. After endless complaints with his boiler service company, to which we have cancelled the contract. Geoff arrived to save the day. He was kind, considerate and helpfully and got an elderly gentleman out of a pickle. Heating back on, parts fitted and a warmer dad. Emergency Boiler call out.
Worcester Combi boiler emergency call to Widnes.My parents Combi boiler kept going into error mode when trying to ignite.I tried several supposedly 24 hour call out and Response Boiler Liverpool were the only ones who answered my call at 09:00 on a Sunday morning.Geoff arrived a couple of hours later and problem was solved.Within 30 mins boiler was back up and working(probably sooner had we not been talking so much)I would certainly recommend Geoff and his company Response boiler Liverpool and I have booked him to come and service my own boiler.

My recent experience with Geoff was nothing short of excellent. Over the years I've had my boiler serviced, replaced and a leaky shower fixed. His swift and skilled approach made the experience significantly better.
Having my boiler replaced in just one day was brilliant. It greatly minimised the downtime I had to endure, saving me considerable stress and discomfort. This is a testament to his expertise and ability to deliver reliable, quick solutions when needed.
In addition to the boiler, he repaired my leaking shower. He managed to find a nearly identical replacement unit to the original. This ensured the continuity of my bathroom's aesthetic and saved me the worry of having a noticeably different fixture.
Beyond his technical skills, what impressed me most was his pleasant personality. He was always friendly and approachable throughout the service period. He's been my go-to plumber because of the level of trust and rapport we've established over the years.
