Handling of returns is not good and customers services is bad !!
Want to return a product which is possible based on the sales conditions. In accordance with the return instructions I have already sent several emails to get a return label and instructions. I get no response! Ultimately, therefore, bad customer service! So I will not buy anything there anymore and advise other people not to do so!

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!
Bought 2 items, wanted to return 1. Neither is great quality, light as a feather, but decided to keep one as I liked the colour. Sent an email to initiate return. Got an email back to send a picture of the item. Which I did as a REPLY to the email, guess what? Returned to sender, so tried again! And another return to sender! So went right back to the start and emailed again, this time they received it and again asked for a photograph. Sent photo.........they received it this time.........but still NOTHING! Posted on Facebook, ignored! I believe they are waiting till the 14 day statutory refund period is over and then they'll say I'm out of it! DISGUSTING! Will never shop here again!

I ordered the boho backpack
I ordered the boho backpack. The bag I ordered looked lovely but was quite a bit smaller than it looked in the advertisement. Also I had to tie the backpack handles as they would stay in the rings. Not the best made design unfortunately
