I signed up with BogeBot after they helped me access 0% interest business credit. Right after that, Orlando Diaz pitched me on investing over $75,000 into their system — including a $5,200 Referral Partner fee, access to a trading bot, and a funded prop firm account through their third-party partners (Houria Tech and Rosa Funding).

I paid everything they asked — but never received a working trading system, never passed a prop firm challenge, never got an assigned referral agent, and never saw real trading results. The salesman that pitched me on this stopped answering any questions about BogeBot after payment. Stated he was on a sabbatical and doesn't know what was going on. Houria and Rosa either went dark or gave me the runaround.

Now the 0% interest credit I used is about to convert into long-term debt — and Boge refuses to offer a refund or take responsibility.

I’ve filed formal complaints with the FTC, CFTC, and Nevada Attorney General and am preparing legal action if this isn’t resolved.

This program is not what it claims to be. Please do your research before investing anything.

Worth a mention. Orlando Diaz contacted me after the initial review. He offered to give me some unheard of crypto currency to take his name off this review. He said he would do everything he could to help me out with this. Of course he did nothing. Then 2 weeks ago he sent me a text saying the company was probably going bankrupt.

Steer clear of this company. One of the reasons for this update was to put this out there in case some other people affected were interested in joining the lawsuit I am filing against them.

These guys are complete crooks!

I was very fortunate to be able to work with Ty. I was so nervous about the process of trying to establish funding because I’ve never done it before, but Ty made me feel so comfortable about it. I am happy to have talked with Harprit Sidhu about a business funding. Actually I had lost hope about the funding, but Harprit just lit up my interest once more. She took me through an articulate zoom meeting as earlier scheduled. she has the necessary information and skills to assist whoever is in need. I am now more than sure and determined to have my business plan roll out once I am funded.

Very professional and to the point. Everyone I've worked (Gabe, Sue Subhagi, and Stephan) with was dedicated to ensuring a great outcome.

Positives:
My rep Nicole is doing a good job overall, considering my expectations were higher due to what was sold to me. She's patient and explains things in depth to ensure we are on track. I have been assisted and coached on the process, how to manage my expectations and she has a positive attitude towards the minimal results so far. She honestly wants to see you win! The best thing is that I'm learning and building relationships with VP's and bankers who can assist me in my business journey long term.

Downside:
I was told a few things by the sales rep that suddenly seems to have changed. First of all, the balance for the program was to be due once we have reached our goal amount $100k minimum at 0%. I was told I would be able to utilize the existing relationships with major business bankers, not true. Feels like I'm doing all the work. My credit score has tanked 45 points already due to excessive inquiries on 1 bureau. I was getting higher approvals on my own before this program, but I'm praying things get better during Round 2. They can improve on being more honest on the actual process, because it's a way longer timeframe than in the advertising. Hopefully they will help to reset the 0% interest because now time is ticking... Working on being more optimistic 🙏🏾
