Great all court paddle
Just finished my fourth playing session with the Body Helix X-4 Kevlar paddle. Ordinarily, I takes me several sessions to get acclimated to a new paddle, but X4K felt like an old friend. The touch and control are first rate, with plenty of power when needed. This is a good all court paddle…period. It is definitely my new favorite paddle.

I have been using Body Helix…
I have been using Body Helix compression sleeves for many years after getting a free sample from my physical therapist. They are good for keeping joints, muscles and other connective tissue warm and to control swelling. They are useful for both preventing injuries and recovering from injuries. They aid in proprioception as well. They are well constructed. Ordering and shipment were fast and easy.
