Michelle immediately resolved my issue and did it with such kindness and consideration…she even was honest and said she might not be able to fix the issue I was asking for her to fix, her response put me at ease and I was confident that whether she was able to do what I needed with the short notice she was given, I felt like she would have fixed and taken care of the aftermath and everything would have been ok no matter what! Thank you Michelle and BodyHealth for your great products and exceptional customer service!!!

While their products may be highly rated (solely at the discretion of the users), their subscription policies are almost like entrapment! You cannot get out, like being caught in a maze. I caution anyone evaluating Body Health's products to beware of the mire you can get into... especially with the exchange and shipping rates to Canada (product killer) Shop local buy local... twill save you big time vs the neglible results any supplements can give that a well balanced diet and excercise program will.

I spoke with CEO,Chris, today. He reached out to me personally. After hearing him out and having a better understanding of the situation I have changed my ratings and will be retracting my initial complaint.

I appreciate a company who takes the time to reach out directly to an every day average consumer. Chris did not make excuses and asked how he could make it better. He was authentic and sincere. That goes a long way for me in the age of AI bots.

And, no, he did not pay me off with product or endorsement to update my post. What he did was repair trust in an age that does not value brand loyalty or long term relationships. That’s important to me and many who buy products like Body Health sells.

Funny thing is that I’ve loved all their products I’ve tried except for one! That’s pretty impressive to me.

Michelle helped me quickly and efficiently with my order. The customer service is excellent.

I recently ran into an issue changing up my subscription. I wanted to switch products, so initially I added the product I wanted. Then, I saw where I could change my subscription to a different product, so I did that. The issue was that I could not delete one of the products from my subscription, so now I had 2 of the same item. I had to email their customer service to remove one of the items. Michelle was very helpful and responded within 24 hours that it had been taken care of.

Michelle was super helpful and was able to assist me quickly and with a better output than expected!

Finally a human that was able to help me. Michelle did an awesome job of completing what AI was not able to do. Thank you Michelle.
