Zever bedrijf ik heb niks gekocht wou het doen maar ik ben slimmer ik check eerst trust pilot en wa zie ik hier alleen maar bedrog geen enkele goede review en op alle reviews doen ze alsof ze echt met u inzitten en alles is een mis verstand dike vette blsht, mensen koop hier niks dit is een scam bedrijf gewoon mongolen achter een computer die u proberen te naaien met mooie praatjes en plaatjes vuile scammers 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕

Poor customer service

Poor customer service – address correction refused immediately after ordering

I placed an order for toothpaste from BodyAccel (Order #shopify19349). Within minutes of placing the order, I realized the system had automatically filled an old shipping address from Google Pay.

I contacted customer service immediately to request a correction to the shipping address. Unfortunately, I received a response stating that the order had already been shipped and that the address could not be modified.

This was very disappointing because the request was made almost immediately after placing the order. Most reputable online stores allow address corrections shortly after purchase, especially before the package is actually in transit.

Because of this policy, my order is now being sent to an address where I no longer live. The company advised me simply to monitor the tracking and retrieve the package from the mailbox, which is not realistic when the address belongs to a previous residence.

This experience shows poor flexibility and weak customer support. Buyers should be very careful when ordering and double-check their shipping details because the company appears unwilling to help correct even simple mistakes.

I hope the company improves its customer service and gives customers a short window to correct address errors after ordering.

They took my money and know they say I did not order from them. They are not an trust worthy company. Dont wast your money on time.

I didn't want to give this company any…

I didn't want to give this company any stars because that's how horrible this company is I wanted to buy one tube of the toothpaste and they are trying to charge me for two tubes of the toothpaste and I keep asking for a refund cuz I noticed it immediately and they're telling me there's nothing they can do about it because it's already been processed and it hasn't even been shipped yet and I'm sitting here like no you can refund me my money just because you processed it don't mean it's been out of it's not out of the warehouse you can give me my money back and they just keep telling me the same thing over and over and then when I say I'm going to give them a bad review they want to talk about expediting the order and I'm like I don't need the order faster I just need one of them to be canceled and y'all won't do that so just cancel both of the orders I don't even want to try it at this point like I haven't even got the product I just paid for literally just pay for the product and I'm already going through a bunch of nonsense they're very unprofessional they're just there for the money not really trying to help anybody do not waste your time with this company do not give up free money to this company 11

In their advertisement video, they show immediate results, which is far from the truth. I’ve been using it for two weeks and there’s no change very expensive too toothpaste!

No shipment after 16 days – no trust in this store.

I placed an order on June 6, 2025, and received a tracking number (LR480560285NL) several days later. However, the tracking has shown "at the shipper’s warehouse" since June 16 — and nothing has moved since.

I contacted BodyAccel via email on June 17 and again on June 24. Their responses were vague and unhelpful. They claimed to “expedite” the process but provided no proof that the order was actually shipped.

It has now been 16 days with no delivery and no valid update. I have started a chargeback request through my bank.

This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
I do not recommend ordering from this company.

We would like to provide a final update following our internal investigation. After tracking parcel, we confirmed that it unfortunately encountered extreme customs bottlenecks in Turkey and was eventually marked as "undeliverable" by the local post.

Due to these systemic logistics challenges, we have made the responsible decision to suspend all sales to South Africa and Turkey to ensure no other customers experience such delays.

We can also confirm that your chargeback has been finalized and successfully processed, ensuring you have received your full refund. We apologize again that this delivery did not go as planned, but we are glad the financial resolution has been settled.
