Finally, the delivery service is more quickly and effectively.

I purchased a ballet leotard, a skirt, and other items from this company. Unfortunately, the leotard arrived with a hole in it. On the very first day I received my order, I contacted customer service and sent photos of the damaged item.

I was told to submit a claim through their website, but I have been trying for almost 10 days and the page never works. I have tried different browsers, including Google and Safari in private mode, as well as different devices such as my computer and tablet, but I still cannot complete the claim process.

This has been a very disappointing first shopping experience. Not only did I receive a damaged product, but I have also been unable to get a proper resolution because the claim system does not work.

I hope the company improves its customer service process and helps customers resolve issues more easily.

Very hard to work with this company as a Colorado USA resident. Shipping & taxes are very expensive i.e. $33 for one leotard. One item in an XXS small was a perfect fit, the other in a XXS was not sized the same and two sizes too small. I returned the item, having to pay for the return shipping, they said they never received it so I lost $89.25 credit. If you live in the US, don't use this company - the items looks beautiful but they are too difficult to work with and don't cover returned items with the same fairness as the US and charge a restocking fee, when their items are not consistent in sizing.

High quality dancewear and sports wear. Customer service are super easy to deal with. Highly recommended. Definitely will purchase again.

Got these for my wife! She says they were very comfy and always got compliments in dance class. Just wishes that some of the styles were restocked more often since they are very popular. Shipping was very fast!

I purchased this leotard and was disappointed with how the mesh has held up. After just over a year of use, the mesh has significantly deteriorated and developed large white patches/spots across the fabric.
I raised this with the company, but they advised it was due to wear and tear or possible chemical exposure. However, this does not align with my experience, as I rotate my leotards regularly and do not use body products or deodorant that would reasonably explain this type of damage.
The company also did not offer a repair, replacement, or store credit.
Based on my experience, I am not satisfied with the durability of the mesh and feel it has not performed as expected for the price point.

Will never order from this company again! Very well hidden are their extra charges!! Free shipping internationally for goods over £130.81 GBP’s they say! But what they don’t tell you very clearly is the hidden customs duty payable, VAT and Disbursement advance payment also due of £71.36 on my order! I tried to cancel my order once I got a foreign man demanding money from me thinking a scam! Turns out it’s DHL on behalf of Bodile. Said they wouldn’t deliver if charges not paid etc… great just refund me and cancel I said… parcel was delivered. Told to return at my cost and less taxes etc…
An awful process I wish I had never even started!! NEVER AGAIN!!
Leotards for reference, far too small but seems a common complaint.

I often love your bodysuits! This one I could barely get over my hips...the ribbon across the centre does not have much give. I order a size up (not chancing as I am from Canada), giving suits just enough extra room, never a problem with getting suits on. I feel it won't last, it is extra money, tags I took off right away and a bother to send back. Thought it would be super cute :(
