I SEARCHED BOATZON FOR A COUPLE WEEKS, FOUND WHAT I WANTED IN MY BUDGET AND DROVE FROM DALLAS TO SAN ANTONIO TEXAS AND BOUGHT IT AND BROUGHT TO MY HOME ON THE LAKE! EASY PROCESS..

Poor Customer service
Day 1: contacted Boatzon about a pontoon, we spoke through the computer, they said they will contact seller (Boathaus). Never heard back from them that day.
Day 2: Called Boatzon twice, went to voicemail, I left a message. No reply all day
Day 3: Started Boatzon site buying procedure, it held the boat for 30 min, 30 minutes past and nothing happened. Called Boatzon, left message again in customer service. No call back.
Day 4: Boatzon contacted me asking if I was still interested in the pontoon, I said yes, they said they will call Boathaus and get purchase started.
Boatzon called back five minutes later and told me the pontoon sold that morning.
My point: Boatzon customer service lost the pontoon for me with slow and poor customer service.
I would not rely on Boatzon

Beware read before looking into them
I found a THE boat I have wanted on their site (through a local dealership) and I did the prequalification. Their site only tells you that it is in review and doesn't let you click on anything to go further. I have received several Emails from them stating that the boat I chose was still available "Jump back In and finish" well when you "Jump back In" it takes you right back to the beginning to start over. I have Emailed and called them several times over the past 5 days to try to go forward with this purchase but no one will answer the emails or phone calls. Now here is the best part I applied for this boat on 3/8/20 and today just out of curiosity I called the dealer where the boat is and they stated that they do not know who or what Boatzon is and they sold that boat 4 months ago. So just beware use your own judgement.

Please accept our apologies for the mix-up in communications and inventory timeframes. I can assure you that we strive to minimize these mix-ups, so they don't happen very often. We rely mainly on dealer feeds for the inventory listed on Boatzon.
Given this, at times there may be disconnects but these are usually one-offs. We stand ready to do better and get you on the water if you haven't yet purchased a boat. We cordially invite you to return, should you wish to.

Greetings. Please allow me to explain that the reason you apply at Boatzon before receiving rates is that Boatzon wants to show you ACTUAL rates, based on your specific financial circumstances.
Yes, Boatzon can do like others and show you upfront rates, but those rates may or may not apply to your specific financial circumstances. If they don't, then your expectations are unmet. Boatzon made the deliberate determination that it would be better to show you an actual rate for you personally, then to show a range of rates that you may or may not qualify for.
