Svar från Boardgamist
I’m really sorry this happened and completely understand the disappointment, particularly with such a highly anticipated release.
When I opened preorders for OP-17, I had been given a small allocation of stock by my supplier.
Unfortunately, I was later told this was no longer available and my allocation was ultimately cancelled. As soon as I knew I wouldn’t receive the stock, I immediately fully refunded all affected customers and emailed to explain and apologise.
I run Boardgamist myself and would never knowingly take preorders for stock I didn’t expect to receive.
I also reached out to you personally to explain all of the above.
I’m genuinely sorry this left you with a poor impression of my business.

Well packaged and hassle free experience
Hassle free purchase of board game that was out of stock everywhere else. Well packaged and sent really quickly. Website was easy to navigate and communication sent at each step. Lovely handwritten note inside box as well giving a slight insight into the game which was a nice personal touch. Would 100% look at this store going forward for future purchases.
