Never pay their employees on time and…

Never pay their employees on time and always makes excuses. They have multiple companies, (just search Zia khan on companies house) employee people, make them redundant, close the business and create a new company. This company was E.C Brown and Batts limited, Brown and Batts LLP, Brown & Batts Corporate Services Limited, Brown & Batts Payroll services Limited and now BnB accountancy.

We take feedback seriously; however, we do not recognise the circumstances described in this review and have been unable to identify the situation being referred to.

BnB Accountancy operates with proper payroll and employment processes and meets its legal obligations to staff and contractors. We do not close businesses to avoid liabilities, and any historic changes to business structures over time have been undertaken for legitimate commercial and regulatory reasons, with obligations met at the relevant times.

Unfortunately, anonymous reviews can sometimes lack the context needed to properly understand or verify the matters raised. We would always encourage anyone with a genuine concern to contact us directly so it can be reviewed and addressed appropriately.

Our focus remains on providing a professional, compliant service to our clients and maintaining fair and lawful employment practices.

Very professional, efficient and courteous

Very professional, efficient and courteous. I have been using their services for some time now and they have never let me down especially when it comes to the filing of my self assessment tax returns where they have saved me many hours of stress and frustration! I previously used to do these myself but it’s much easier to get a professional service from BnB.
