After four tries with customer care over a month I received a response.
-You don’t answer phones during business hours
-you don’t respond to chats on your website
-you don’t respond to customer care requests on your website
When underwear tears at the seams, you quote a 30 day warranty.
I’m going to look for competitors in this space.
