I fell for this, not having checked out the company prior to ordering. The first clue after no fulfillment of the order was refusal to provide tracking information; the second was refusal to cancel the order. PayPal immediately canceled the payment and refunded me; I then received a flurry of messages with excuses for delays, vague promises of future shipment of the item, and then promises that they would issue a refund if I canceled my reversal of payment (which makes no sense). Lesson learned, always check the online reviews before buying from ads on social media.

Don't fall prey and waste your money from anything from these guys.A) it's a scam.You'll see something cool..which is a manipulated image of the garbage you'll get..and that's if you pay your money first and not receive anything.Youll see something cool,you'll 'pay for it..you won't 'get it or if you get anything it'll be crap..and if you contact "customer service"..there is no customer service with this non existent company.Its a scam.100 percent.Dont buy..look for similar items on Amazon.Minus 200 stars for this scam non existent company.

The items they sell look nothing like the item you will receive. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FEOM THIS SITE. Complete garbage and they offered a 5% refund. Big waste of time, this company should be out of business.

The company is scamming people. They are using AI generated images to sell a product, then the product you receive looks nothing like the image on the website. When you try ask for a refund, they will want you to send the item back to China, which costs more than you paid for the item, even though they create the shipping receipt in NY

The coffee mug is ugly!!! The product was not even close to what I ordered!
It took way too long to arrive.

Horrible service and very inferior product. It looks like an art project from a first grader. Avoid this seller. I was so embarrassed to gift this to an adult. A child would cry receiving this. The adult did cry. Shameful!

It really doesn't even rate any star. Complete hoax and rip off. The book mug is a piece of garbage. Do not order anythingthing from this corrupt outfit. Figures thought it came from china. deplorable.

I ordered6 of the bracelets with the number 22 on them signifying that 22 veterans take their lives each month.
I received the wrong bracelets, and sent them numerous pictures plus emails to prove it. What a freaking joke of a company!!!

I ordered the book mug May 17 and received it today. Like everyone else I received some toddler's classroom art project at a premium price. What a joke I'm still not laughing about.

Just like another noted, when I contacted them they offered me 5% off. Seriously?!? Their site claims you can return it for a full refund, but you have to contact them for the address -- at which point they yet again figuratively laugh in your face.

I ordered the cup that looked like a stack of books. The original image was one of stained glass or colored (not painted) glasses done in a Victorian style. The cost of almost $60 per glass was really high which should have been reflected in the quality of the product.

When the cup arrived, it looked like a cheaply formed glass cup that someone had swiped some white paint on. It was nothing like the pictures on the website or advertisement.

I'm addition, because it was made in China, I had to wait over a month for it to arrive.

I wrote the seller to complain about the product and requested a full refund. I was told by "Peter" that he hand crafted each cup and after much thought had come to the original price... None of which I asked or cared about. He then offered me a 5% refund on the total price (~$2.50).

Because this operation is in China, there is little recourse but to leave negative reviews. Anything from Blueseea is a rip off. Beware and do not buy.

I will also be posting to Facebook, as they were the company where I saw the original advertisement.

What I ordered (cup that looks like stacked books) is not what I got. The picture is what attracted me to purchase the item. When i received it i was sorely disappointed at how the cup looked. It looked like kindergarten colored the mug. I will not order from this company and do not recommend

I ordered what appeared to be a beautiful stacked books mug. About two days later I saw bad reviews and tried to cancel. I received an email saying it takes lots of time and money because they are handmade by the seller themselves and that they would let me know when it shipped. We'll I just received the item after having tried to cancel. When I opened it it was disappointment central. It was awful! It looks and feels to be made of cheap plastic. It looks like a cheap vaguely book stack shaped plastic mug that a kid painted it. Not the beautiful stained glass book stack mug shown in product picture.

I ordered a book coffee mug over a month ago and have emailed 5 times now asking for an update, to talk to a manager, and a refund. They are ignoring everything I ask and just tell me to be patient and it’s shipped. I still have no delivery date and no one is responding to me. This company is not trustworthy.

they advertised a whippet lamp,8ins ir 12 ins,i ordered the 12inch one,took iver 2 months to get it after numerous emails,told me that they were behind wirh orders because they were being handmade ,which is total rubbish.
when i got it it looked nothing like a whippet ,so i complained,after several emails they offered me a 5% refund,I paid 100.00 for this rubbish.
once again lost money with these scammers .
i dont recommend anyone buys anything from this company.
I'd give them no stars if i could.

They advertised a beautiful coffee mug which looked like stacked books. I placed my order and heard nothing back.

A month later, I sent an email asking for an update. They told me to be patient the were overwhelmed by orders. They'd ship in 12 to 14 days and would let me know when they had shipped.

15 days later, no notification. I sent another email, asking them to cancel the order.

They replied they could do that but they would have to charge me a 10% cancelation fee. They requested patience in that they were painting the mugs by hand.

That is absolute nonsense. Many vendors are advertising the same mug on the internet, so it is unlikely they are hand painting them

I replied that I saw no reason to pay a fee because they were unable to ship in a timely fashion. I asked they refund my order in full with no more gamesmanship, and that my next email would be sent to my credit card company.

They claimed they canceled my order and gave me a full refund, but I am still looking for the refund.
