So much about protection!
I traveled with my 17 year old daughter who is allowed to vote in my country Greece and they wouldn't let her enter the boat although she showed them the ticket that I was on the boat and I talked to him on the phone.I was on the 4th deck and risked my life walking down the decks through cars .worth mentioning is the fact that last year she traveled all alone and nobody checked anything. When I issued her ticket there was a question about whether she is a child or an adult. If she is a child why won't they ask me to pay half a ticket?anyway the ticket controller was rude to my child and repeated told her to get out of the ship so as not to block the entrance.so did he to 3 other girls of the same age.so much he cared about their protection!just to add that when you book a ticket there is nowhere mentioned that if sb is 17 they cannot travel alone.why when traveling by plane everything is clear and here it isn't?
No reply or solution since 2 month
I'm trying to get a refund since more than 2 month. No reply at all. On the phone (which costs from abroad of course) the only answer is: Write us an email (which I did 15 times).

We was trying to travel with high speed aero 3 and everybody was so rude agent didn’t want to help us and does her job. Agents was so aggressive especially the Aegina agent

Ferry from Piraes to Kos with own car
Ferry from Piraes to Kos with own car. Never again ! They forced people to park in reverse at a distance of 5-10 cm from each car. Almost had to climb out the windows as the doors would not open. Wi-Fi payment for each device a separate fee. Family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids teenagers, had to pay 4 times for using the same wifi ! Shameless ! Never again !

The worst ship I’ve been on!
The worst ship I’ve been on! The treatment on it was a disaster and the crew members were very rude! I’m not the only one who has such a opinion - Look at Tripadvisor.
The politics and the organisation of this ferry is a misunderstanding. Other said that people slept on the floor in the middle of the season (August 2022) because they sold more seats than there are. You pay for this mess almost 200 Euro and nobody of the workers says anything smart or helpful. People with animals has no place for them. For example someone asked the worker at the reception for help and advise where can he stay with his dog and the worker said nothing specific.
The passengers were at the beginning pointed to sit at the cafeteria (maybe because of making profit of the sold food and drinks). Imagine you’re travelling 8 hours straight in a plastic garden chair, because somebody of the crew members said that. The next option was staying at the reception and sitting in better chairs, but whenever you fall asleep, someone of the crew wakes you up and says that you can’t sleep, because you are taking to much space sleeping in sitting. For the record - I’m 160 cm tall. The whole experience was something that ruined my trip to Greece.

Late, understaffed and overcrowded. Would not be surprised if they were above capacity based on the sheer volume of people everywhere. Rude staff, filthy toilets. No plugs anywhere even in business class. Sub zero temperature due to an insane use of aircon. Have to pay for WiFi which was incredibly slow
Awful to travel with during high season…
Awful to travel with during high season (August 10th-August 20th). Too many tickets are being sold. As a result of that, the travelers exceed the ship's capacity. People are sleeping on the floors, passageways are crowded, toilets are filthy... This is no way to treat tourists and travelers in general.
Naxos > Rafina
Naxos > Rafina. Avoid the FlyingCart3 at all costs. It is like a cork bobbing in the water all the time. Our trip from Naxos to Rafina was a hellish ride. As soon as we boarded the crew handed out motion sickness bags. Within minutes 10 people were using them. Even after we got past the rough seas near Naxos it was a terrible ride. The crew was very very nice as they were tossed about.
There are lots of other great boats to get around - avoid the Flying Cat.
Extremely rude personnel and unpleasant…
Extremely rude personnel and unpleasant service on ship Blue Star Delos. Accomodated family of three in separate cabins, didn't accept ISIC card of a clearly underaged student and asked us to pay full price for an ISIC student (although they had a discount for ISIC card holders), sent us back to the ticket office (by foot) to buy a new ticket although the full length ortosis I had on my leg was hard to miss.
Terrible experience!
My partner and I had a ticket to go from Mykonos to Santorini and, after 20 minutes of the departure time, a ferry to Santorini has finally arrived. Once we were inside, they informed us that it wasn't the right ferry and, once holding our passports and IDs, the staff requested us to pay 85 euros per ticket! Of course we had no idea that it wasn't the correct company, since we are tourists and there were already so many names on the ticket - Seajets, Worldchampion Jet, Ferryhopper, and no information or signs to guide people around the port at all! Even the staff said this always happens to tourists, and it's clear that they don't check the tickets before getting on the ferry on purpose! Terrible experience!

1 hour and 45min more than it is supposed to be to Arrive in Naxos from Athens.
I heard something about your company, that you don’t let the boats with full power to save fuel.
I understand.
But at least let us know that the schedule will be much later.

Their ferries in Greece are really good. They have some really good pies in their bakery, because they are full of cheese. Støt dem.
