Professional, Transparent and Never Pushy
From the outset, my experience with Blue Star has been excellent. After speaking with several international financial advisers, Jon stood out for his knowledge, professionalism and willingness to explain everything clearly, without any pressure.
What impressed me most was the amount of time he invested in understanding our circumstances before making any recommendations. He was patient, responsive and happy to answer our many questions, explaining the reasoning behind his advice in a clear and straightforward way. I particularly appreciated that he actively encouraged me to carry out my own due diligence and compare Blue Star with other advisers before making a decision. That gave me confidence that the focus was on helping us make the right choice, rather than simply trying to secure our business.
I also appreciated the transparency around fees. Everything was explained clearly, with no hidden charges or complicated fee structures, and the recommendations felt well thought through rather than simply trying to sell a product.
Communication has been prompt and professional throughout, and we've always felt comfortable getting in touch whenever we needed clarification. It's refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely takes the time to ensure you understand your options before making any decisions.

A positive start
Still early days but so far received an efficient and friendly service. Tom Mead always had the time to answer any of the questions I had and offer suggestions. He promptly got in touch with any updates regarding my account. There was an initial security query with some identification details when setting up my account. While this needed a little extra time, it was reassuring to see that the necessary steps were being taken with this sort of situation.
