Se faire avoir en beauté ! Facile en commandant un sweat qui, à la réception, ne correspond pas du tout à ce qui a été commandé.
Matière affreuse, couleur horrible, finitions épouvantable.
J’ai communiqué par mail pour remboursement. Ils ne le pratiquent pas. En échange, vous pouvez bénéficier d’une réduction de 20% sur un nouvel achat. Si vous insistez, c’est 40% et ainsi de suite jusqu’à 70%.
En fin de compte, ils me proposent de le renvoyer en Chine, à mes frais! (Dans les 25 €).
C’est pitoyable quand on voit qu'ils se présentent comme protecteurs des océans !

Commande effectuée le 3 avril . Je n'ai rien reçu. Je pense que c'est une véritable arnaque .

My bad, I should have done my research. Nothing but cheap quality crap. Would not give me a refund. The colours were nothing like pictured!

Une arnaque totale ! Délai d’expédition extrêmement long pour recevoir des produits qui n’ont rien à voir avec les photos et d’une qualité abominable ! C’est dégueulasse de se servir de la protection des océans pour arnaquer les gens !!!

The absolute worst quality you can imagine. No returns as the cost to send it back to china is more than the actual product. Do no do business with these thieves

I ordered a sweatshirt. It arrived a month later. Crap quality - nothing like the website photos. Clearly I’ve learned a hard lesson. Buyer beware. Avoid buying any merch from this website.

Ce site est une véritable arnaque: il prétend protéger les océans, mais les vêtements vendus sont de très mauvaise qualité, en synthétique et doivent rejeter une quantité de particules plastiques à chaque lavage...de plus, les couleurs ne correspondent pas à ce qui est proposé.
Aucune possibilité de retour des articles, politique de retour incomplète et en anglais, temps de livraison très long....comme je regrette de m'être fait avoir!!

If I could rate them zero - I would. They are a fake website claiming they sell cute clothes for a cause. None of the two tshirts ordered were close to the pictured items - cheap polyester. My white shirt - was brown - beige and also closer to a kids size, not a small. I can get better quality from TEMU.

J achetais ces sweats prônant des valeurs et soit disant francais.
Je me retrouve avec des sweats venant de Chine, 1 mois de délai de livraison, une qualité plus que médiocre.
J ai perdu mon argent.

Commande censee arrivée rapidement plus d'un mois d'attente. Sweats de mauvaise qualité pour le prix encore heureux -50%, même Kiabi sont plus performants et moins chers...couleurs qui ne correspondent pas au site, de ce fait je ne les mettrais pas. Besoin de retourner deux articles et bien non car soldes, donc pas d'adresse. Honteux pour une asso qui défend l'océan.
Belle ARNAQUE... Ils peuvent nous proposer encore plus de réductions c'est une honte plus jamais, 82 euros de mis en l'air🥺

Honnêtement très déçu. Au vu du prix, la qualité est médiocre. Une commande censé arriver rapidement… visiblement non, plus d’un mois de délai.
Je déconseille vraiment.

J’ai commandé 2 sweats le 14 février, reçu le 24 mars !!!!
Tissus de mauvaise qualité, couleurs ne correspondant pas à la photo. Ils ne valent pas du tout le prix payé. Je regrette mon achat. Attention : arnaque.

Quality of material is definitely NOT what is shown in pictures. The material is like a foamy, hang nail snagging material. Gross. I bought 6 sweatshirts for a vacation and they did not arrive on time and now to return them I have to ship to China. Will NOT order from them again.

commande passée il y a un mois le 19 février 2026.... aucune nouvelle de mes deux articles.... je perds patience

Absolutely poor quality, colours do not match online. Thin cheap fabric when it states it will be soft and comfortable. Sizing not correct - I could go on but needless to say I wish i had looked at reviews below first. DO NOT PURCHASE FORM BLUE OCEAN PROJECT if you want decent products. I have emailed 3 times and they do not respond. They constantly have sales and have a no refund policy on sale so it is how they will get around it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! If i could give a negative star it would be X 100.

The delivery system for merchandise is ridiculously slow and not accurate. My merchandise was sent to the wrong address, I noticed the error if the dress before it was shipped and they did NOT CORRECT THE ADDRESS. a kind person drove across town and brought the shirt that was sent to their address in error. I was shocked when I opened the package. I ordered a 2X the shirt was a toddler size at best also the shirt shown in the ad is Color Comfort, a great brand, the shirt that arrived was a cheap cotton no name shirt. Twnety-six dollars later and a dozen emails, the best they could offer was a discount on any future purchases, are they nuts. Spread the word the merchandise department of this organization is a SCAM

Bonjour, voilà un mois que j’ai passé commande. Je n’ai jamais rien reçu. La commande a été encaissé et plus aucune possibilité de les joindre pour se faire rembourser.

All the items I purchased do not look at all like the photos that represent them.. and trying to talk to the company about it all they offer is a coupon to purchase more clothing that is of poor quality.. I don't mean to be rude but I'm not happy at all with the result and the money I have spent.
I'm sick and tired of ordering clothing online and when you're not happy with the quality and the quality is very poor, there's no recourse for me
