Our filters are designed to prioritize water purity by using high-grade KDF55 and multi-stage filtration, which sometimes can slightly reduce the flow compared to non-certified filters. However, we are continuously working on optimizing flow without compromising filtration quality.
Regarding the skin dryness, it could be due to adjustment time as the body adapts to the filtered water, or specific local water conditions. We would really appreciate the chance to discuss this with you and offer a customized solution.
