Brilliant support. Many thanks to Catherine for her amazing guidance. When I started on this process I had no idea what I was doing. I had no police contacts to speak to and there was little information available. I searched as best as I could online and eventually saw Bluelight. I was cynical at first especially re the charges, but there is no way that i could have passed this process first time without the help from Catherine. The online seminars are great and also helpful.

What a fantastic group of knowledegable, supportive, and motivational people. Every single one of the folk at Bluelight Academy have such a wealth of expertise and experience that they are so passionate about sharing. Bluelight Consultancy - The Professionals

I found Bluelight initially on youtube with Brendans great series on there, but that is such a small section of information available compared to being a part of the OAC academy!
The resources are brilliant that are offered that allow users to hit the ball rolling with practice scenarios and questions! Bluelight also assist with the structure of your approach to answering the OAC questions, Catherine my coach was fantastic without her expertise I wouldn’t have been successful in passing the OAC.
The coaching sessions with Catherine were so interesting and allowed for feedback towards practice answers and allowed a mock test before the OAC.
I also found webinar sessions really helpful and even if I couldn’t make them as an Academy member you have access to the recordings which is really useful.

It's pretty simple really - if you're serious about joining the police, willing to put in the work and learn, then this is the service for you.

I paid for the OAC academy and the abundance of information and help is worth its weight in gold. The blue light team (especially Jane) are professional and approachable.

I can't recommend the 1-2-1 sessions enough, the coaches ability to draw information out of you that you may not recognize yourself as important characteristics for your journey, but most definitely are will honestly pay dividends in the long term!

The webinars are a chance to speak with like minded individuals on the same path, as it can be a testing process these meetings are a good way of asking those questions that you're unsure of but trust me everyone is thinking! Not only that but the guidance from the coaches, again, is invaluable!

They won't do the work for you, nor should they, but Blue Light are by far the best and most affluent team and resource opportunity when it comes to the police OAC.

For the price, you get access to some first rate individuals to guide you in entering your new career. This made sense in my situation, and it may do for you too. Thanks.

From starting in March this year to passing my final interview last week, it’s been a very incredible time! The level of coaching you receive 1-2-1 is sensational, the material is always updated for each force as people provide feedback which really sets you up for the final interview at the force! webinars are also available for all stages and provide great levels of details and information! When I started the police recruitment process I wanted to pass each stage first time. When I joined the academy I was coached by Raj who is amazing and so knowledgeable, supportive and builds your confidence in all areas required to pass and succeeded. The 1-1 coaching you get is invaluable, to be able to ask questions to professionals that have done the job is worth every amount you spend on the course in my opinion. All the additional information you have access to is also additional bonus such as weekly webinars, many videos and reading material. I am very impressed with the whole experience of Bluelight and will be back in a few years for promotion board!

Absolutely recommend their interview academy if you’re in the police recruitment process. Their expertise and guidance is second to none. My coach Andrea was great, really supportive and I don’t think couldn’t have done it without her help.

Had a call with bluelight consultancy and the gentleman on the phone was so rude.
He said he was in the force himself but with his attitude and rudeness I'm surprised he was in.
Definitely would not recommend this service to anyone if they want to be shat on and be spoke to something off their shoe.

I remember being heavily skeptical at first, but now have absolutely zero regrets.

I had Catherine as my 121 coach, which was a perfect match, she is incredibly honest in her coaching style and this resulted in me being perfectly prepared for the OAC and the interview. I had zero nerves on the day because I felt entirely prepared for any questions they could ask.

Invest in your future, do the hard work, delay gratification and reap the rewards at the Final Interview

Upon my initial call I was originally quoted around £1300, I couldn't afford this so I turned it down.

I was then made aware of a cheaper option which was £718 this was a course just for the OAC which didn't guarantee a pass and didn't include any one on ones, I would of appreciated being made aware of all the different options and prices available on my first call.

I think the group video sessions and having access to past sessions were the most useful thing within this package, but I think £718 is excessive for what the package offered that's why I can't give 5 stars.

My coach Andrea was exactly what I needed. She is full of personality and knows exactly what she is doing. The course is very detailed and beneficial. I really don't think I would have passed the interview without this course , I highly recommend taking this course if you want to smash the interview, it's worth it , and these people know what they are talking about 👍

At first, I was a bit sceptical about the service but decided to bite the bullet and go through with it. Turns out Blue Light and its coaches were absolutely amazing!! My coach was Catherine however I also learned some stuff from Andrea and Raj on their webinars. After just a month of 1-1s with my coach, I had my interview. Using all the skills, and teachings from the coaches I did the interview with little to no pressure and recently learned that I had passed!! I honestly wouldn't have been able to do it without Catherine and the other coaches! If you are thinking about joining Bluelight, DO IT! Dont waste time!!

I have successfully passed the process for Fast Track PC to Insp with the invaluable support of Bluelight Consultancy. Without a shadow of a doubt, Bluelight have been the key to my success. If you are hesitant about making the investment, don't be!

Raj and Brendan are incredibly knowledgable and supportive. Raj is arguably one of biggest losses to UK policing in recent years and Brendan was an innovator and critical thinker way ahead of policing at the time. Both will prepare you to be future leaders and provide the groundwork to go and shine at the National Assessment Centre and in-force interviews.

Just do it!

I cant thank or praise Raj enough for helping me get closer to my dream of becoming an Officer. I joined this agency as i wanted to prepare for my OAC and final interview after being given a week to prepare for my OAC I panicked and was after the best possible advice and guidance to give me the best possible chance to pass first time and Brendan came very highly recommended. The whole process was amazing from the start from speaking with Matt who chatted with myself to see I was a suitable candidate. I was assigned a personal coach and mentor who was Raj who was just amazing throughout, he was very professional and knowledgeable and just an all round great guy who with his help and support enabled me to smash my OAC and final interview first time. I honestly believe without the whole team at Bluelight I wouldn't of done as well as I did. I may not of engaged with all coaches but I watched all webinars and the invaluable information and guidance from Brendan, Andrea, Catherine, Jane and Raj have been first class.

i cant thank enough Raj for helping me get closer to my dream. i joined this group as i wanted to prepare for my DC interview and bolt on assessment. honestly speaking, without their help i wouldnt have been able to prepare so well and pass it in my first attempt. He really guided me through everything in detail and the fact that i had a personal mentor, made this decision to join this group even more worthy, i got to ask several questions, any queries i would have they would be cleared out and this honestly was one the best things that this group offers as well as several recordings of live webinars and the guidance videos. thank you to the whole team for giving me the support i needed and guiding me through.

If you are looking for a career in Policing Bluelight is definitely the best choice. Every staff are very helpful and my coach Raj has helped me step by step through all the exercise patiently and professionally.

Brendan's final interview online course was really useful and very informative. My coach Raj, was really supportive and helped me come up with some great answers to interview questions. My interview date was moved forward, as there was a cancellation and Raj went above and beyond to fit in last minute coaching sessions. It was definitely worth the money, as I walked into the interview confident that I had some good answers and that I was going to present myself in the best light.
